- Here's a small tweak to make your concentration curls much more effective. Rest your leg against the bench to create a more stable support for your upper arm. This simple adjustment better isolates the biceps.

Any curling variation will hit both sides, the concentration curl will still target both heads but will emphasise the long head more
No it won't. You need to do hammer curls as well as regular curls or close grip pull downs to hit them both.
this is incorrect...do not rest elbow on thigh, let arm hang free...and remember folks...PINKY UP!!!! This is how you SHAPE the peak of your bicep.

@christian7200 unfortunately that is so true today. The internet has allowed so many wrong things to be put out and as a strength coach I am asked continuously about "something I saw on the internet" and it's usually either completely wrong or just misinformation based a tiny nugget of truth that someone attached a load of crap to. Lol
