Club Brugge are an example of what Celtic and Rangers should be. Recruitment is top class and light-years ahead of Rangers and Celtic (pre-Ange era). If Celtic and Rangers had signed some of my targets over the last few years they’d be in a totally different position, simple fact of the matter is that I can identify a player better than their ‘professional’ scouts.
