Skyrim Blue Palace funny bug

This is what happens when you have an excessive bounty in Markarth (or probably any hold for that matter) and the Stormcloaks control Solitude. Since all the empire supporting jarls are being held in Solitude after the Stormcloaks have won, the jarl and his/hers steward etc from Markarth will attack. That's probably because they are still in Markarth according to their script and I'm a wanted man there.
Solution is probably to get rid of whatever bounty you have in each hold. I don't care to get rid of it however since I have finished the game mostly and since I pretty much killed every guard in Markarth. Just thought this bug was a fun thing :-)

I managed to escape markarth and avoid cidna mine and I’m done with the the main quest (stormcloaks control markarth so Jarl Igmund is in solitude) and I’m getting this bug too. Everytime I enter the blue palace the court of the blue palace will fight igmund who is in turn attacking me
