You’ve reached this woman from South Carolina who stopped supporting other teams because of the way you conduct yourselves. You’ve made a mark on my 13 year old daughter who loves basketball. Thank you for setting a great example for her.
I'm from SC and want to know how did the other teams conduct themselves. I think we conducted ourselves just fine 🏆 🏆 🏆. By the way you can stay where you are.

I really do hope, after they erect a statue of Caitlin Clark to put outside or inside Carver Hawkeye for all of the young girls and fans alike to view what she has done for her University and for women's basketball in general, I really hope that you're all smart enough to include that quote.
I remember after the loss to South Carolina, a reporter asked her what she thought she wanted her Legacy to be with her time at Iowa. - I would only hope that the Iowa people put that quote at the bottom of her statue. It is profound, and succinct, and inspiring all in just a couple of sentences. It's the perfect attitude for all the young girls to read in the coming years and decades

Gamecocks Have a lot of blue chip recruits. Iowa doesn't. Hamnah, Martin, Marshall, they are not 5 stars recruit. Iowa knows they can win with anyone. Imagine if they start to get a few blue chip recruit.
Iowa has plenty of players but hardly ever get to play. South Carolina wins cause they play everyone. Iowa lost to them cause the same 5 players scored all the points while nobody else got to do anything. Entire teams win. 5 players don’t. You have 8 other players sitting in chairs. Use them

@@ryanciani3324 Iowa lost because we didn't have anyone that could match up to Cardoza. I do agree that Taylor and Kylie should have played a bit to give CC a rest. You can tell when her arms are tired, the 3s don't fall. Taylor could have taken over 3pt duties from her.
exactly. late in the game was missing shots that are usually very easy for her. the poor girl played every second of the game and shouldve been given a break. whats gonna happen later this year? are they gonna rely on hannah and one other girl to win all the games again? the coaches are forgetting this is a TEAM sport and they have many other players desperate to get in the game but get held back cause they rely on caitlin to do everything. if they put a couple other players in for a little while and let them actually play instead of just passing maybe they wouldve won. seriously theres other girls in on iowa who could do so much better if the coaches would let them play for longer then just the final 2 minutes of the game

Of course the Iowa team, and Hawkeye Nation, are extremely disappointed that they couldn’t pull off a win this year, but that doesn’t diminish their amazing accomplishments that they achieved along the way. Where was the men’s basketball team? Oh yeah, they didn’t even make the big dance! How bout all the other Big Ten women’s teams? None of them can say that they made it to the championship game two years in a row! And this year, it required taking down the defending national champion LSU!! That’s pretty amazing in itself. So, there’s A TON of stuff to celebrate and be proud of.
This program is legit, and does everything with integrity and grace. A GREAT role model for all those adoring little girls who came out to see a real life “star”! Way to go Iowa! Go Hawks!!

I was glued to the women's NCAA tournament from the UK. It was so good to watch. Caitlin and the Iowa team have lit up basketball. They have been the epitome of sportsmanship, dignity and class. Fantastic role models.
It must be surreal to be on the Iowa team along for the ride.
I wish for the sake of Women’s College basketball that Caitlin would return for one more year. But she’s ready to move on.
It’s an exciting time in life, to graduate college and move onto the next chapter.

Folks will watch the WNBA in record numbers for about 2 games or so next season. The Womens game is very Exciting no doubt, but the Commentators will soon bring in Race and Sexuality and that will be the end for many 1st time viewers of the WNBA.
