[VEHICLE PRESENTATION] AC-35/100 - SCANIA G460 XT - VFD Žalec

In cooperation with VFD Žalec, we prepared a video presentation of their vehicle, an AC-35/100 tank truck with internal marking 5, on a Scania G460 XT chassis, 6x6 HZ. The vehicle transports 10,000 liters of water and has a built-in Rosenbauer NH35 pump. The crew consists of a driver and two firefighters. Additional equipment includes a T-max 18500 winch, a watering device, a hygienic wall,... The vehicle is mainly used to transport a large amount of water to a fire, and to provide water support to the fire truck ladder. Despite its size, the vehicle is very agile and suitable for the specifics of the terrain covered by VFD Žalec as a central unit. In 2022, they used the vehicle to help extinguish a fire on the Karst and transport water to the Riga water supply.
