Nothing beat waterfront house lifestyle in miami beach . this house 508 w dilido dr is so gorgeous like a living in a private resort in bahamas maldives tahiti or hawaii.
Btw Waterfront House prices in miami beach have risen n skyrockted so much in the last few years.
Neighboring house 500 w dilido was asking 15.5mil and sold for 12.5mil around several yrs ago n that home 500 w dilido is now estimated around 23mil. wow what happened in miami beach 🌴.

Really interesting house, but, WOW, the price and lack of privacy in the bedrooms are unreal. If you were living there without any children or others in guest room, no problem. But every bedroom has another looking in or thru it. I guess automatic shades or frosting glass would be a must. I actually like this house, though. Certainly not a cookie cutter design, very unique. Great tour and video, thanks Jason.

I love the colorful and tropical interior and exterior. The floor-to-ceiling glass in the passageways really captured the tropical beauty of the whole area. Also, has anyone noticed how great the audio is on this video? What microphone did you use Jason? It sounds great. Anyway, I would be tempted to buy this mansion IF I could afford it, especially with the solar panels.

Hey Jason. 4-4? Surely there’s a 1/2 bath in there as well in a 5000+sq ft home. Let’s see. Too many plants in front and vines. Takes away from seeing the house. Velvet walls ok but to dark. The stone textured walls nice. Large dining space. Would lighten up the dark walls and chocolate kitchen cabinets but like the space. Nice backyard space with pool/ outdoor kitchen/dock. The dark walls closing in that hallway. Nice 1/2 bath just dark. Urinal nice. Love the theater. Elevator 🛗 always appreciated. Appreciate en-suites in each bedroom. Like than Sunning balcony. Oh the main suite is a whole apt 😂. Large sitting space. Nice projection and screen. Like the en-suite but the closet and shower dark. Oh. Solar. Nice. Rooftop lounging. Nice home Jason. Would lighten up some areas but overall a great space. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
I am still mesmerized by the toilet shower. Imagine taking a shower while on the toilet. Now that is a worthwhile 25 million dollar experience 😄

I'm not impressed for $25mm... nice house and location, but it looks like it should be below $10mm.. doesnt flow well, and it is squeezed into the lot... the pool is sort of small... and the design is a little quirky - could have done a better job - looks thrown together... the urinal is gimmicky

Is this really what you get for 25 million? Not very big house and very narrow plot. House built 2018 feels dated in many ways already. Dark interior and some strange styling, wall furniture with tv s etc look like ikea
Underwhelming, especially at the price. Worst driveway and garage setup ever. If you drive a truck or full size SUV parking there is a nightmare. That alone makes it a no for me. There's no way I would spend over 25 million if the first thing I have to deal with every time I drive in the yard is an inconvenience. I get location is the most important thing in real-estate but at that price it absolutely has to be functional as well. Nice tour and amazing views though.
