These extravagant homes feature swimming pools, yachts, multiple rooms, and well manicured landscapes. I take a walk on this exclusive island and was not disappointed with what I found.

As a local Florida Realtor thank you for this video, I've never been to Star Island but it's awesome. By the way 1 Star Island Dr is owned by Sean Combs AKA P Diddy, it was sold to him by Gloria and Emilio Estefan who live in a bigger house up the road.

Ima Mexican American from California , and every summer we would go from Washington state to visit family to San Diego , but the 5 corridor doesn’t compare the the I95 that run from Florida to New York, it must be awesome living in Florida and New York. The west coast is sleepy and dull , but the east coast looks busy and bustling. One of these days I’m going to make that trek from New York to Miami and maybe move to the eastcoast

God. This city is so chill. Not hectic like Los Angeles or Newyork. Even though I love Los Angeles.

13 was my girlfriend's mom's home 20 years ago. My girlfriend had a mini mansion on the other side of the water, on the barrier island. I got lost in that home a few times. She'd Host musicians from Colombia and central America.

If you really want to know who a home owner is check the local library as it’s all public record or the clerks office. If under a fake name you can cross reference a list of aliases stars use or it’s under a lawyer’s name you can simply look up who they represented before and double check the latest client. It’s the best way

A lot of the islands do have security at the entrance looks like he’s on a bike so I’m sure the guard thought he was a resident there when you do the boat tours you see the back of the homes so it’s hard to tell what they look like in the front. Bird man, Scott Storch, Shaq ( when he played for the heat) , Will Smith and the Dr who created Viagra are just a few of the residents there the Estafans are the oldest residents there on the island they been there since the 90s I believe hibiscus island is behind star island where a lot of Latin stars live
42 Star Island Dr where the moped came out of is also the home used in the movie Scarface.
Actually under Florida law you can have lawyers buy homes for you but muddle the details to have it completely anonymous. Usually celebrities do it that way. It’s not illegal just a little harder to fully pinpoint an owner. Unfortunately sometimes crimes do happen there just from the water as it seems it’s the most exposed place that’s not guarded. Shots have been fired into house from boats there and the police had to go in to fix it. It’s a lot of work to get in there.
Here are a couple easter eggs.
The home at @26:57 does not pertain to that entrance. That's the neighbor's guest home. The home to the entrance is situated WAY IN THE BACK.
The ramp you see at @27:46 is to the main entrance of a home which is situated on the 2nd floor. The homes 1st floor would be to the right of that ramp.
The Home at @28:28 is actually a series of 5 complexes located on 1 lot. The building to the right is 1 home, the building to the left is a second home. The rest continue towards the back.
Home at @30:22 is Puff Daddy's home aka Gay Daddy, murderer, drug abuser, womanizer.
Home at @30:33 is the guest home. There is an ENTIRE HOME located further back detached from the primary guest home you initially see.

I’m guessing most of the celebrities only live in these houses in the winter and reside in LA in the summer because it’s way cooler out west.
When I see places like those I often think do they wake up thinking God every day.
It is puzzling to why this is not private since Indian Creek Island is totally private. Both places are islands, both places have rich residents. People that do not live on Star Island cannot use the park. Access should be private.
