What about i was legally change my last name after getting hight school diploma and i have my diploma with old last name and i get an administrative certificate from the academy proofs that is mine ?? Is that will cause me any denied becouse all thing are legal
What of a situation where I add a child who wasn't on my original entry and not living with me. And I didn't mention going with her. Can that still cause refusal of Visa?
In regards to number #1 , I did and was accepted, I'm sure because my explanation to the counselor was clearly understood. I didn't enter the lottery with my daughter but included her name in the documents after I won. And during my interview, as stated above, I got ot my visa.

I doubt that is a serious mistake, but if you are DV2020 and are waiting anyway, then go ahead and correct it.

My friend made mistake ,she wrote wrong name when she pressed Submit she saw the mistake.But it said success.But she applied again with the correct name and again it showed successfull.Should it be a problem?I mean the same last name is on two applications but different names

We have a small question, we have a mistake in our daughter's name, I accidentally wrote my wife's name “Taisia" instead of our daughter's name “Uliana” In DV Lottery form. Is it critical for us? And maybe somebody know hows we can resolve this issue and avoid further misunderstandings ?
May be we should create a new “child" form for our daughter in ds-260 form, and send this new one with the correct name ? Or should we proceed with auto generated form with DV lottery data ?

The 9 reasons are why SELECTED people get denied. You have never been selected - right? Selection is totally random - so you just need to keep trying.

He won't get the visa. Because he needs police certificates of all the countries he's been into in the last 10 years or so. But I don't know if the US embassy can dig in other places police data bases.
That could be considered a crime of moral turpitude - so it is a risk. Only the CO can decide for sure.

The main reason to "escape the travel ban is those people who have a second citizenship/passport for a non banned country.

Your number is still fairly high, so even if I consider it "safe" (as I do), it will still take a long time to get an interview. Expect an interview around mid 2020, and you may not hear from KCC for some weeks or months.

He can apply every year, where his birth country is eligible to enter (may change based on immigration rates e.g. UK born persons became eligible to enter DV in the current DV2024!)

We had the DV interview at the Kenyan Embassy last week and were told by the CO that we were successful. Just checked the status and it says 'Administrative Processing'. Is that a good thing? How can I find out the reason for this status?
Wait a couple of days. Hopefully you will see it change to "issued".

You made a critical error
I have made few mistakes in DS260 form but requested KCC to unlock and edited and resubmitted and so any chances for denial of visa.
Any visa solution can be denied. Did you gain a green card?
If they look into this than lottery is not random.I was denied twice and i Have university degree and even 8 years of experience.So thats ridiculous.

I wasn't sure when I was going to fly home and which flights would be cheapest because I figured they would be expensive around Thanksgiving and again around Christmas. I had a valid ESTA, which is now cancelled because of this.
