And for beginners, it's nice if you show where and how you're dipping your brush into which colors (and even saying how much water to pigment ratio there is).
This looks great! Love all the little detail in the mountains.
Ella Pesonen Art Thanks so much! ☺️💕
Suggestion: Make more videos! They’re really inspiring. Thanks for sharing
I never thought of using an indigo toned colour for snow on a mountain, but the way it contrasts with the rest of the painting here is so great. I really love how you've build the layers!
The people who disliked couldn't stand the beautifulness of the painting
I'm so glad I discovered your channel as you started posting again. Love your art!

This was incredible! So happy I found your channel!!
What a art should get guinnes book of record
☺️💕 Thank you.
It was nice to watch the video. I think i'm abit like you and learned that I can manage some problems. For me it's been hard to make landscapes and I get sad. Now I realise I just need to be calm, work step by step and paint. 🖌️
I love how honest you are through your process. It's sometimes scary to put down a certain layer when there's no going back. Anyway, with that said, it's a really successful piece, despite the circuitous route! Even though I paint mainly portraits on prepped board, I love love love watching you paint. You are so right when you say that you get a lot from watching how other people paint. Finally, I find your videos so so soothing to watch. If I have 20 minutes and I want to "calm down", I will watch one of your videos. Many thanks from Australia x
It’s sooo beautiful!! ❤️❤️😍 worth every second

I loved watching this. It was really relaxing and inspiring. The music was excellent. I haven't really watched painting before. Came here after doing some watercolor painting with my son and thinking watercolor is cool. Now I'm inspired to try doing some serious watercolor painting! Obviously nothing compared to this masterpiece. Final product was amazing.

Ellen Wilberg I’m happy to hear you liked it, hope it wasn’t too boring haha
amazing!! I am just learning to use watercolors, I find them very challenging and satisfying
Watercolors can be a struggle, I find that, though pricey, good supplies make it easier, especially paper. Have fun and good luck with your watercolors!
Your art is amazing! I tried painting it and it came out well. But I have one suggestion; I would really like to see the mixing of your paints. It would help those who are tying this out easily know what colors to use.
Absolutely stunning! Looks amazing... Im not there yet but I'll try sumn similar. Thank you
That's absolutely true

Amazing & just beautiful! You are a very talented artist & as a beginner find it hardest medium but when get it right just wow! If you could put colors used it does help this newbie. Ty
Please do waves 😅
And I loved watching the process 😊
I see your amazing patience and passion coming through all the details. Im quite curious what the size of the paper you used!
I actually never thought about doing the "sketch" with watercolor! Duh. I hate the pencil marks that show through. Great idea. Thanks!
Nice
That looks like Pikes Peak!
I really want to try painting this but it looks so haaard lol
♡♡
It's so beautiful😍
Did you draw it in one day?
Love it!
Was the first mountain yellow ochre for the under painting?
Thanks! I believe it was quinacridone gold by Daniel Smith
do you have more mountains? I need! desert ones
This is so beautiful! What colors did you end up using?
ElyEstelle Thank you! I mostly used Prussian blue, indigo, burnt sienna, and light red from Mijello Mission Gold, and quinacridone gold from Daniel Smith 😊
interesting, it looks more as painting with gouache than with watercolors
It would be nice to see how you sketched things out to better understand how to construct a piece and the thought process that goes behind it. Also, more narration from you concerning where you're going to paint different values of a color and for what reasons - for example, when you're painting the lines and shadows, it looks as if it is at random, but when the piece is finished, you realize that it was to create a very specific valley in the mountain. It is hard to gauge where you're going with the piece without some instruction, at least for me. Also, I didn't realize that the top portion of the first mountain was going to be trees, I only realized they were about halfway into the video.
Darina Sikhovska Thanks so much for all of this feedback, and I totally agree with your points. Though this wasn’t meant to be a tutorial, more of a compilation of my process, I do plan on doing tutorials in the future and this is quite helpful. I probably would have made this more of a tutorial if I had filmed it accordingly, but I had not. Perhaps in the future I’ll make a tutorial on how I did this exactly, or at least something similar. 😊
@@noellecurtisart oooh okay I see! I would love to watch your future tutorials!
Как детализировано 😁
Which colour and paper did you use in this painting?🎨....please tell....pls🤓💕
