If you would have picked Space Exploration, you can get a Paragon Speech Check for that. Shepard tells Morinth in it, that exploring different cultures are the real thing. And Morinth is getting fascinated by that.
Samara's biotic powers are probably the most powerful in all of Mass Effect! She flies, channels for long durations with incredible control, she holds the bubble vs the seeker swarm, she is so elegant and OP. The music is amazonian and suits her.
It all adds up, doesn’t it? She’s one BADASS Asari Justicar! And I have to agree with you, her biotic superiority is second to none, when you compare her to other biotics, including Liara’s. Her and Jack are definitely the strongest biotic combatants in the series, and obvious choices against those Seeker swarms! ;D And yes, the music is SPOT-ON. Absolutely love it.
IIRC it’s from before the point where this video starts - when you’re investigating her previous victim’s room (I think her name was ‘Nef’, the young human girl Morinth killed) - you have to inspect all the entries (3 of them) and then, the Hallex option will be available. As well as others; the more you investigate, the more things you’ll be able to use.
First of all apologies for the late response. Hm, I’m not entirely sure - I never got that outcome myself. Perhaps it’s because of missed opportunities in dialogue with Morinth when she was trying to ‘mesmerise’ you? When you’re in Morinth’s place with her in private, you get three chances to resist her if your Paragon/Renegade bars are high enough to pass each one. Usually I’ve found that if you miss just the last one, you’ll still be fine. I don’t know exactly what you did in your run, but yeah the predetermined outcome you got might have something to do with the fact that you didn’t ‘resist’ her mesmerisation enough? I’m not entirely certain, but that’s just a theory of mine from the onset. 😅 Edit: What I said there was WRONG - regarding the persuasion checks. You HAVE to pass all three of them when Morinth tries to seduce you. Only then will you unlock the option to kill Samara, not just Morinth.

She is one of my favorite Characters. She is badass, smart and thoughtful, and she has a great backstory too

Why it doesn't give me the option to kill morinth or samara? It just goes to kill morinth without giving options
