    Years ago an American I met backpacking in Greece told me his Dad was a crewman on the Missouri and also witnessed the signing.
    What a story to tell.

      26 JANUARY IS AUSTRALIA DAY, NOT ANZAC DAY , That's the Difference ANZAC DAY , THEY FOUGHT FOR OUR FREEDOM FOR ALL AUSTRALIANS, THEY SACRIFICED THEIR LIFE FOR OUR FREEDOM ..,FREEDOM IS NOT FREE THEY FOUGHT FOR IT , LEST WE FORGET
