Kindly share the idea or the substitute of eggs, yeast, isabgul and mAida

      Hi there!
Thanks so much for your interest in my gluten-free, yeast-free bread recipe! I see you're curious about some substitutes.
For eggs, a great vegan option is to use 'flax eggs' (just mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 2.5 tbsp water for each egg and let it sit for a bit).
This recipe doesn't use any yeast, and instead uses baking powder and baking soda, which are excellent leaveners.
There is already no Isabgul (psyllium husk) in this recipe. It is not needed.
And the all-purpose gluten-free flour here is a perfect stand-in for maida, with xanthan gum helping to mimic gluten's texture.
I hope this clears things up, and I can't wait to hear how your bread turns out!

this is not a yeast free bread. Vinagar is made from yeast. I know because I'm allergic to it.

Thank you for sharing your concerns! I understand your caution, especially with allergies in mind. To clarify, while yeast is indeed used in the early stages of producing apple cider vinegar, it is not present in the final product. The yeast is used to ferment the sugars into alcohol, and this alcohol is then converted into acetic acid by bacteria in a subsequent step. The final vinegar is filtered and pasteurized, which removes the yeast.
This process ensures that apple cider vinegar, including the type used in our recipe, does not contain live yeast, making it suitable for a yeast-free diet. However, I appreciate your vigilance, and it's always important to consult with a healthcare provider regarding specific allergies and dietary needs.
Hope this helps, and happy baking!

@@gluten-freepalate no, cuse if yeast is used in the product even with the sience behind it, its still posible to get an allergic reaction and not recommended. so saying something is yeast free in the title is very diceving and should be corrected.

Maybe lemon juice for an acid instead? or white vinegar.
