I woke up this morning so sore and I work out all the time. I can already tell that it’s trying to realign my body. So I already did it twice I will keep you posted on my success because I have been trying to correct this problem for years and I have seen many chiropractors and nobody has ever been able to fix it for me

Thank you so much!!!!!!! My pain usually last about a week but after doing these for 2 days, my pain was literally gone the 3rd day

same, pain causes me to sleep on my right side so i feel like it’s contributing to more pain
Sleeping too much on one side can cause scoliosis. Always rotate or sleep on your back.
I told the last chiropractor I saw that the entire left side of my body was bigger than my right. He said oh sure everybody thinks that until I adjust them. Then he put my X-ray up and said, OH MY GOD! 😂 I told him.
I have the exact same issue what do you recommend I should do ?
I wear a shoe insert as I have one leg longer than the other. Changed my life.

hey i also have this problem, what are people doing to fix it!? Aside from going to a pro physio cus that is ££££...My entire right side of my body is different to my left, especially my hipmobility

I didn’t think they were going to help me either but they really do! Just did these 3 exercises about 30 minutes ago and my hips feel so much better.

WOW, I hit the Jackpot with this video. I have a 1.15" shorter right leg for over 55 years. I'm 72 now, but fractured my right femur in 1966 playing HS Football. The leg Length Discrepancy that resulted {Drs knew nothing of Bone Growth Plates back then & I just discovered that the ACL was torn as well which healed w/o surgery) was left Unaddressed by the Ortho Dr at the time. After 15 years or so, the Lower Back Began to feel stiff. The first Chiro I saw that time (circa 1986) said the moment he saw me walk into the office, "man, you Got problems.... And You will much more down the road". Boy was He RIGHT!. Many Spinal Maladies including Dextroscoliosis of 25 Degrees , steonosis at variopus levels in the spine up to the C1 vertrebrae, Disc Bulges, OA in the Vertebrae and facet Joints. I waited far too long to really address the issues and wear corrective lifts on my right shoes, getting PT help, seeing Chiros, etc. Moral to the story is: Pay Attention to Your Body , Drink more water [I never did], Take Care of Yourself. Again THX for this Video.

I have a question on the first exercise. Should you be trying to stand with your hips squared or should you just stand how you normally would stand? I’m sore from doing these a few days in a row but I just wanna make sure I’m doing it correctly

My left hip and rib cage is higher than my right. The length of my legs are even length but my alignment is off. How long does it take to correct if these exercises are done daily?
OK, I have to ask you this! Why is it and what does it mean when at the last exercise that you show on this video when I do it, I have crazy clicking and popping kind of noises at the front inner thighs? And does this mean I’m doing it right still and I should continue? I have to say so far. I’m finding amazing results doing these three moves, so I continued doing it but I just want to satisfy my curiosity about WHY and WHAT does it mean! 😁😆

Yess, literally worked for me on first try !! Not kidding.. might take few days to get there but definitely worth trying . I will be doing this daily to keep good posture. Good luck 🙌

She was tilting at the beginning on purpose.. look at her left foot raising off the ground to make it look like her hips are uneven while holding on to something with her right hand to stay balanced

Mine is pretty pronounced. My surgeon didn’t really give a crap. Pt’s all have different opinions about the remedy so am not very encouraged. I’m a self starter so if I could just learn what I should be doing I’d certainly do it!

@@adrianovergara1784 still very pronounced if I’m standing or walking slowly, but have been back to treadmill work since week 3 and 1/2..where I notice it less.

Wow there is a whole medical philosophy about getting your hips back in line and if they are out of whack, it spreads to whole body, u walk wrong , and your jaw is out so your tongue doesn't sit right and. Your jawline is less pronounced and your tongue don't fit proper!!!
