I understand your frustrations. I am home because a particular part in their black box keeps on burning and i don't just understand why. I need almost $2000 to fix that problem. That amount in Africa can do alot.
Their warranty has worked for me a couple of times so don't know why you have such a problem even in USA.
With 20k + you can even get a Chinese laser machine that can give you neat job.

Every company had an issue with parts shortage, large and small. It affected them all. Not sure you understand that.

Thank you for the heads-up brother, I almost bought one. I'm going with someone else even though I like Lincoln products.

We bought a 4400 three years ago.
    Nothing but problems.
Everytime it's turned on, you never know if it's going to work properly or not.
The Flexcut 80 is the only part of the system that's performed well.

Have you had any official training on the table?
Did you try contacting customer support to help resolve the issues?
If the answer is no to both, the issue with the table is user error.

The machine is full of glitches because you painted it green lol. I have a 4800 and it had a few glitches and fortunately they sent a guy out and replaced accumove and wire harness under the warranty. So far, it runs like a clock. The biggest issue they found was it wasn’t properly grounded. Knock on wood, it runs really well to date.

it was powdercoated while the table was down.

I see, it actually looks dope. Just busting balls. I hope it’s running better now.

They market it as a production machine, and they have production settings. My company had the exact same issues with the warranty, 125 Amp broke down after 2 1/2 years. Undersized Diodes had to be replaced. Qty. 4

Here i am a year later after this video came out with a very similar situation after owning and operating a torchmate table since 2005. Its been upgraded in 2012 to the latest and greatest and today they cant sell me a stepper drive card. Told me to go to flashcut for it. So I go to flash cut to order the stepper drive card which is in stock for 240 usd and they tell me i cant buy it from them unless i become a customer of theirs by buying a software license for another 1000 usd. Its time torchmate and their partners become exposed by us their customers. Now I know people have their opinions on chinese made anything but a quality 5x 10 with torch and plasma without plasma machine comes from china today at 4000 usd which includes usa supported fastcam software ready to connect to a hypertherm plasma. For 2 grand more get the pipe cutting attachment. F$$$ Torchmate and Lincoln electric

Man that sucks. Unfortunately this is a common story in all fields nowadays. Like buying a new truck and a part fails but the dealer can't get the part for 3 months. You almost need to buy 3 machines. 1 in service, 2nd machine for backup, & 3rd machine to harvest parts off of when something fails. And they still try to blame Covid. I'm sure you did already but I'd look to going blue and see what Miller offers.

That’s insane. They lost my business on a table. I went through the same shit with my Lincoln gas welder 330 MPX. Brand new 2022 with 80 hours on it. Started leaking oil. Had a place look at it under warranty and they wanted $800 just for a diagnostic. I called Lincoln back and chewed them out. After that They paid the bill. Then they told me it would be about six months to get a new machine. Bullshit. I started calling around and the place down the road had 15 of them in stock. I me, found a local place to exchange my old machine for a new one through Lincoln. They say oh give us a call we will help. No when shit hits the fan they dont.

The cutting systems division operates separately from the welding division. They are 2 different departments with 2 different customer service teams and warranties.
You probably didn’t take it to a an official lincoln repair center, or you did but never told them it was warranty work. Also, during the pandemic, lots of parts were scarce. Every company had issues.

We are in the middle of an economic crisis and lots of small and large companies are hurting because of this. They cant find workers and they cant get materials. The car manufacturers were building cars without chips. SeaDoo only had a certain amount of units it was able to sell and sold out prior to the new year. Have you been out to a restaurant or bar recently and noticed terrible service and long waiting times even though tables are available? Small AND large companies are having issues.
Imagine if you had bought a table from a different company. I doubt you would be able to get ahold of their customer service departments for weeks or months. They’ll be susceptible to the same exact supply chain issues, so you’ll get the same treatment or worse. I 100% would say worse.
The reason they’re not selling boards is because they have a deal with their service partner’s. It’s part of the contract.
They offered to get you the part when it became available even though at that point you’d be out of warranty. It’s not their fault you cant fulfill your obligation to your customers. That’s on you.
You’re also buying a hobbyist table and expecting to do production with it, putting you in a bind that is your own creation. Every machine in existence will go down at some point, and when that happens you cant use it. It’s part of the game of life. If this item is that important then you’d have bought a table made for production, or bought 2.
It all makes perfect sense, you just fail to understand logic. This has nothing to do with Lincoln. You’re just a victim of circumstance and you’re blaming anyone you can because it somehow makes you feel better to have a thing to aim your anger at.

I could have bought a table at half the price of this one. The reason i spent more money was the warranty from a well known larger company ! I realize in todays world things are getting tuff but at the same time a company that sells lots of a certain item with a warranty should have a lot of replacement parts in stock to preform the warranty work the buyer payed for. I bought a unit with a warranty that Lincoln cant keep up with and you saying its my fault i 1 didn't buy a better machine and or its my fault i cant fulfill my obligation to your customers. I had a bunch of parts cut and shelved for these exact issues, the machine being down so long had me empty my inventory, I had enough product to cover me while the machine was fixed, the issue is it could not be fixed to to no parts on there end! Also i never sold any parts or took any orders i could not for fill. so i removed the listings form my site while keeping parts on the shelf for any customers that may have an issue . Lincoln did not do this. Your telling me i can go buy a quality table from Lincoln but to be safe i should buy a better unit and a back up unit because its not Lincolns fault thay cant warranty the first unit i bought? I had no issues with the table ,keeping up to orders or falling behind until it broke but i need a back up if Lincoln sold me something that cant be fixed? this video is to let others know what im going threw, to help them weigh there options on a table purchase.
