Will CRC Emission System Cleaner Help My Car Pass Emissions For Only $5?

Trial #3 of attempting to pass inspection. My Altima keeps showing a P0420 code and won't pass emissions unless we make it go away

I have a 2017 Nissan Altima 2.5 S have you ever had a issue with the seatbelt airbag light mine is on and I don’t know what to do I checked to see if there was any codes and there is no codes for it.

If I put it in before my smog test and I drive it a good hour or so before test should it be fine. I was up on my hydrocarbon by little to fail first test. Or would I have to use it a bit before I go for retest ?
