Yeah her light starters are pretty low in damage. With meter and a medium starter you can get almost 8000 damage! Could be worse : )

i think it's because her specials are easy to chain together in whatever order, so that they have to weaken her damage for it.

Its she carries you to the corner off of pretty much anything
