As a Celtic fan from day 1 I never missed a media conference. The man is honestly a genius on and off the field. He has a wonderful sense of humour and still follow him as the spurs manager.

When he was at Celtic I just thought - he’s not a coach he’s a leader - a man with the character, communication skills, humility and principles that you’d want kids to learn from and adults to admire. Someone who takes a challenge head on but diffusés rather than escalates. In a world that is vacuous of leadership it is so good to know it can still exist.

did anyone else pick up when he said "against one of the team We are challenging for the title" it was very subtle but an example of how he uses small bits of language and reinforcement to change the mentality of the stakeholders. Player fans and media. he's a clever man
I think he probably said "against one of the teams that will be challenging for the title", but it sounds exactly the same as "that we'll be challenging" so maybe that was no accident.
I doubt he would openly say we are challenging for the title at this point in his first season!

And also is the same as an adult to an adult. His opinion is as genuine as ever will be. He doesnt allow media to facet himself or the team through his wisdom. How about using Son and Richy together when needed more attacking? Richy made a good assist to Kulu from the wing last match. If Sonny and Richy exchange their position continuously on the pitch, that could be more threatening to the opponents.
