  • These videos make up a Dance HIITs class. You can watch them individually or as part of a playlist to get a total body workout. Start with the warm-up and end with the cooldown and stretching video. Choose which videos you want to watch in the middle. We recommend a 30- to 60-minute workout, taking breaks as often as you like. No equipment is necessary!
