I don't agree with this.Sippy' case is totally different from other cases which are mentioned here.One day before the murder Kalyani called Sippy in the same park. Motive is very clear, She visited our house and office till the day of murder , eye witnesses are there who saw her at the park,After killing Sippy she celebrated it by cutting a cake. This case is very much similar to Vijay Singh Judge's case, whom his girl friend got killed after many years of his marriage.She got relations with a person , who was a grantee, not a cotract killer , only to get Vijay Singh eliminated. He stabbed him with his kirpan only.At that time Kalyani's mother was Additional Sessions Judge at Patiala.She knew each and everything about that case .In Sippy's case they adopted same modus operandi. In this case executor is very close to Kalyani if she wouldn't have been a judge 's daughter, she would have been behind bars in just few hours of the crime.( A senior police officer himself told me this ) How painful it is to see the killers of your son, roaming free before your eyes !

A few weeks before sippy sidhu was murdered in sector 27 a tantric attack was made on me at my rented house #1042-II, sector 46/B on 04 th. August'15 by placing smelly stuff under my pillow.I am bedridden now. I have given its details by sms to CBI DSP Mr Yadav I.O. of sippy murder case recently. Since both crimes occured in chandigarh within one month or so, the criminals could be known to each other. I have not heard any thing from worthy DSO saheb so far. May justice prevail.

Indian judiciary and investigation procedures need some improvements, As in every murder case the complainant can withdraw cases as in some cases both parties have compromise or as in this case the police officer is complainant he can be compromised, his colleagues have already lost our trust, The victim should be the complainant He is the one who suffered He is the one who needs justice, The last wish he could have made at that last moment is the killer being behind bars for rest of life and every officer who tampered with evidence, He is still alive among people who loved him, he had so many friends and well wishers around Chandigarh Mohali they will keep seeking justice. Murder isn't a compoundable offence. Withdrawal by the complainant would not affect the mandatory proceedings that the state needs to carry forward.
