What powder you use to marinate the chicken?
Gotta add bacon to mine, You know there is turkey bacon? The sides look delish! I hope you try "Duke's" Mayo. It's the BEST~ You can order from Walmart and Target if not available in your area.

My husband and I both don't like the taste of avocado what can we use as a substitute?
it doesn't need avocado. I use bacon, tonato, lettuce, good Duke's mayo, chicken or turkey...that is a club sammie.
