I have never enjoyed a tutorial as much as this 😂 thank you.
keep inspiring, Revit is a great software and i am learning it each day, also i post tutorials on my page, but you are my guru.
Good beard brotha, you look like a friend of mine from Spain.
What product is this? Product retailers only show ugly box gutters for flat roofs
Hello! Thank you very much for your work! Do you have roof window (Velux) video?
Here you go. HE has one. czcams.com/video/nfPnUOg9ps4/video.html
merci beaucoup pour tuto .
Wow! You are great!
Super, thank you :)
Nice!
I really appreciate your videos, keep it up.
Congratulations for your videos. Keep going.
Very usefull.
short cut method would be just modelling the full roof (with the concealed gutter feature) in profile mode, saves you from having two separate components and having to trim one from another.
Thankyou~
can we make this not by extrusion but by sweep, I couldn't,. keep getting an error
Hidden gutter! Just what I'm looking for!
Crouching Fascia Hidden Gutter
Thanks for the content sir! I would love to see a comparison to an early Revit version say 2008 to the latest 2020 version - will be quite nostalgic to see again 😊
the way you designed it, the water would end up sitting there. I like the idea, but there are so many things that can go wrong with the design that it will probable end up leaking into the inside of the wall.
there's downspouts that can travel through the wall or you can create a trough that travels to the fascia and down a scupper. its better than it being external.
Not to mention that it's gonna leak into the wall if there's even the tiniest gap, or damage then comes the mold, bugs & critters (A great habitat for roaches, rats, & occaslonal wordpecker).
And that's only for Southern climates.
@@rhandel13Downspouts inside of walls, eh?
@@archlab007 maybe. It looks cooler and the gutters don’t fall off the side of the house.
@@archlab007 yup!
Detail with Horror-Thermal-Insulation! Please think before publish.
I tried to do the void extrusion and it put an error message. how do I fix that?
why i can't load the gutter that i made?
More videos like this one please. Love design based videos
im getting a "Can't regenerate Family Roofs 1. Edit Family to modify it." warning, any idea how i can solve it?
Thumbnail is legitimately misleading as to the content of the video.
Do NOT do this to us
Agreed. The 2DSection has nothing to do with the 3DSection.
Also, the 2D section is even worse. so you're going to put the gutter right to the drywall ceiling?
Please teach us freecad
please how to customize arrow on dimensions
Not possible.
MY GAWD! That's a horrible Detail !
Don't design this unless you want to get sued.
Thank you for this tutorial could you advice how to make clean model with eaves flush as per this model imgur.com/8HiSBEr , with only one roof. The second link is to showing the model I wish to avoid
imgur.com/ffRFPPO which is same as in your video
Try changing Rafter Cut in the roof properties to Two Cut with 0 Fascia Depth and use Modify-Join command to join walls after you attach top/base
Hey
