Found your ministry through the broken vessels podcast. So glad I did the show and found your episode. I was pastoring when I went through a divorce. It crushed me. But now, rather it’s disability or divorce, I’m trying to help others learn how to limp for Jesus. Thank you for your transparency. It encouraged me so much.
Dear Chad, thank you once more for charing your very heart with us❤🙏🏽. I rejoice in the Lord for your deliverance❤ .What a faithful and gracious God he is, that we can boast in him, trust him and praise him. Blessed are all who take refuge in him. In Jesus name, i pray🙏🏽. Amen
You are a true disciple because you have lost your life in order to find it. The fires of your adversity have clearly purged the world and the false constructed self. Humbled but anchored. This very brief message... Has way more authenticity and power than countless sermons that are full of self. Soli Deo Gloria
I learned from observing someone who lived like an unbeliever that this life can be an exercise in how we bounce back from failure. We can either stay down, or seek out hope....in our case we know where to find that hope.
Because if it is all about our own accomplishments, we can never have, be or do enough. When Christ is Enough, that Sufficiency of Grace is our own specification.
Amen, we are indeed blessed by being in Christ. Without Christ is like building house upon sand. Thanks to the Father that we are found on the rock, our messiah And our friend Jesus Christ ❤
Wow, Chad. You only rarely share from your past. This short testimony resonated deep in my heart. May God bless you, and continue to use you my brother.
I just recently found your channel and subscribed. I had read an article you wrote a while back about God injecting streams of light into the darkness, with regard to false religions. Then I recognized your name from that when CZcams eventually recommended one of your videos. I'm a relatively new convert, a little over a year now. I really appreciate your videos, but this one really hits home. I too fell into what seemed like total darkness for several years, before the piercing Light of Christ pulled me out of it and into life. God bless you brother, and keep up the good work you're doing for the kingdom!
Our identities as Christians can be taken away. Losing God through evil, sin or indifference is an essential human catastrophe that befell people in direct and literal communication with God and Jesus. Believing in Jesus today is no guarantee we will believe in him tomorrow. The world is full of former believers. It terrifies me brother Chad. Your resolve inspires me.
Not sure what you are talking about. The word says that nothing can seperate us from the love of God... We can turn our back on God anytime we want. We can fall into sin, but God's love will never leave us.
Chad, what a great word of encouragement, brother. Thanks for sharing a bit of your story. So thankful and grateful that our God has shown us His love, through Christ. He has justified us, we cannot do it. In a world where the most important thing is how you identify, we can rest that our whole identity is planted and rooted in Christ. Although we are prone to wonder or forget, may the Holy Spirit remind us of this. In both the times of rest and in the time of suffering/sin.
Amen. A hard lesson and one I know as well. I’m clinging to Jesus as all my works are wreckage. Christ in me is where it’s at. Question: What gear are you using for a camera mount when you record out and about? Your videos have greatly matured and are quite excellent. They were good before but now excellent.
Thanks! In my study, I just use my iPhone (cinematic mode), then edit using CapCut. The lighting is just two ring lights. When I am outside, I just hold my iPhone.
@@chadbird1517 Wow, your walks are as though you have a steady cam. Obviously part of His plan. I will have to give it a try as I’ve been asked to do some video. Thank you and thank you for your dedication and endurance. Keep the faith!
God is so good, thank you Lord Jesus, praise the Lord!!!

Thank you for exposing God's light into a dimming world. Your words are a great encouragement! 🌎💙

Thanks Chad; this Galatians passage was mentioned so many times at my Confirmation Classes by Pastor Henry Nuhn here in Canada in the mid 60s.

Thank you so much! So much honesty I needed that word of encouragement Thank you 🙏
It is amazing how similar our lives have been, even down to having been a pastor.
