    Key takeaways-
    1) Your manger is not your friend, stop relying on them for emotional or moral support
    2) Learn to say no, and prioritise you mental and physical well being .

as you ask your manager what are the good things I have done? Very likely, your manager will say "I don't know, why don't you tell me?". Due to different level of positions, the good things your manager thinks may not match what you think.

Even my manager is very shitty, only giving me average ratings throughout and expecting us to work like mad people. He has zero flexibility and adaptibility. Now, I am trying hard to switch companies but due to recession its difficult to find jobs.

I recommended the same mail technique to my friend. He just made everybody accountable officially and some cannot tolerate these kind of things happening from my friend.
Eventually his mails also got visibility from upper hierarchy.
He just changed the entire game positively and many people appreciated him for his drastic change.

One thing i believe is we need to safe guard ourselves always keep yourself upgraded otherwise We can become scapegoat.
