Rayman Jungle Run REMASTERED FOR PC!

- Very recently Rayman Jungle Run and Fiesta Run have been delisted from all digital storefronts, which means they are now abandonware. Because of this, I have taken the liberty of cracking and remastering Rayman Jungle Run with the DLC also included and restored in their entirety. I've also upgraded Rayman Jungle Run's assets to use all of the higher-resolution textures and sounds I could find in Rayman Origins, making this essentially be the definitive version of the game!
Now yes, I know I've also made this mod for Android, but I much prefer preserving the PC versions because newer Android phones are phasing out support for 32-bit applications entirely, but if we preserve the Windows versions, they will always be better preserved thanks to the many VMs and Windows wrappers constantly being updated by the communities.

Great job preserving them, these games deserve to not be forgotten
Unfortunately, even in 8 h, it's already too late. Google play and ubisoft team up to avoid anybody to play it again. The way they do this is by making sure that to open the game the ubisoft server must and remains the key to run the files together. Because it is no longer existing, I guess it's time to grieve.

These versions of games are now the rarest in the Rayman series, thank you for preserving the masterpieces
Now that i think about it, Jungle Run was probably my only other experience with Rayman other than Rayman 2 as a kid, didn't care much about 2 but Jungle Run was peak gaming for me and my incredibly shitty blackberry tablet

I used to own both Rayman runner games on the Microsoft Store, but they took both games down from there. :( Now at least I don't have to open Bluestacks everytime I want to play, I even had to go to a random site that had a "MOD APK 2019 FREE DOWNLOAD NO VIRUS" style, so great job preserving these games.

the installation process was a pain in my a55 because powershell didn't like empty spaces in the location of the files for some reason
I'm surprised preserving UWP apps are actually possible, I hope this keeps happening specially for Windows 8/8.1 apps since Windows Store (not to be confused with the current Microsoft Store from Windows 10 and up) got discontinued recently... which sounds a bit unlikely tbh considering the small community of this flopped OS

does the high quality sprites from origins work on this version too? or thats only for the legit copy of ubisoft connect. by the way is it hard to crack the .exe ubisoft connect version?

Do you think it could run on Linux with Proton? I've been trying the non-Remastered version from your Archive on my Steam Deck but I couldn't manage to make it run
Yeah, sadly since this is a WinRT game it won't run on Linux unless Wine/Proton developers add support for running UWP games on Linux, which hasn't really been in high demand from users. Trust me, I also use Linux and I wish I could play this on it, but I think in this case a VM or a dual-boot setup would be the only way to play this for now. 😕

For some reason the game runs insanely fast for me, is there a fix for this?
I’ve been saying Ubisoft should bundle all the Rayman mobile games into one for a while. They left it to the fans to do it instead.

dose it COMPATIBLE in windows 10 pro
did everything as i was supposed to do, game boots up like normal, but the speed is way higher, looks like x4. tried both normal version and remastered version, same issue. for some reason when i watch credits the speed gets back to normal, until i quit the credits screen. is there something i can do?
If you are using a high refresh-rate monitor, you have to use an external program to limit the FPS to 60.
@@ICUP321 Used nvidia control panel to limit fps to 60 like you said and it worked. Thanks for the help.

Great Job !!! Everything working perectly on my PC, but I can't install DLC because DLC archive is broken/damaged, can't extract, downloaded it twice but same thing, is there any way to play this DLC, can you send new files or something ?
Keep in mind you're not supposed to extract the .zip files, you're just supposed to copy them to the folder I pointed to because the game checks those .zip files to see if the DLC is installed.

Is a controller usable for this and Fiesta? I connected my PS4 controller and nothing worked. Just wondering!
Since this is the Microsoft Store version, only XInput controllers are supported sadly, if you want PS4 or other DInput-based controller support, I suggest buying the Ubisoft Connect versions which have better controller support and waiting until I port this mod over to those versions.
You can probably use x360ce or something for that

For some reason, it's not letting me sign in to my xbox account?
Because you don't own a license to it, it's a side effect of running a cracked UWP app you never purchased, but it's not a big deal since all of the game content can still be accessed anyway.

Sorry, but that's not possible for me to do... the Ubisoft Connect versions support Windows 7 and 8 though, so if you really want to play them those are your best options.

the ones on the video are for the PCs though
