  • If you haven't upgraded your Jeep CRD with the GM Severe Duty Fan Clutch Napa 271625 along with the GM 11 Blade HD Cooling Fan NAPA 8552223, then you may want to consider this option for better cooling while towing, running the ac during high degree temps, etc.
Don't forget the bolts (GM 11516869) bolts. You'll need 4 of them, or you can pick some up from your local hardware store. (Local hardware store bolts may not have long enough thread count, (might need 2 washers per bolt for proper fitment) be sure to get the hardened bolts. These 4 bolts should cost about $3.00 total (including washers). Don't buy them on eBay. Let me know if you have questions.

We no longer have this option. Maybe in the future!
    Any additional thoughts?
We complete work in a small 2 stall garage with limited space. You can do anything you would like to do, no matter the space you have, just plan accordingly and adjust your plans to the size of your workspace. We Believe In YOU!
Are you able to do lots of work in a limited space?
Yes, without question. The biggest issues we face in our 2stallgarage are organization. Keeping the workspace organized and both stalls clear of clutter really helps with motivation, which then helps with productivity. Basically, if I see a clean workspace, I'm much more ready to dive into a project or even just scheduled maintenance.

I did not cut or modify the fan shroud. It fit perfectly so I left it intact for best airflow.

Glad to see ya still at it. Didnt get the notification for this one again. High flow electric fans have always been s great upgrade for me personally. Idk how well that would work for a diesel tho.

Hey man! I was thinking about going high flow electric but decided to give this a go. So far so good, but it's been a cool summer. We'll see what the hot days and towing a trailer bring. I hope you have a great Wednesday.

Thank you for your video. A few days ago I turn on another Jeep Liberty and the fan air doesn’t sounds loudly as mine. Is there any fan that reduce the blow sound?

    • @2StallGarage

There should be no difference if you used the same part #s. Is the shroud the same on both or trimmed on one and not the other?
