***** SO BRAVE for Him to Tour ALONE for the First Time!. He Performed in 28 CITIES! & Sang 25 SONGS Each Concert!
It’s amazing Suga’s stamina, how he was healthy during most of his was it 8 city D-Day tour in US where he where in most places he performed from 2 - 3 concerts! In the US especially in LA he had the most surprise guest performances! It was funny how when Jimin showed up for some of the concerts in the US, everyone in audiences was expecting or hoping he’d be performing Tony Montana with Suga as Suga kept asking him to during the Suchwita ep.7 Jimin interview. But Jimin was instead actually part of the audience in balcony amongst army! But Suga did put the spotlight on him & announced him! This is where Jimin min also saw Suga break guitar string, which only happened if all times with Jimin in the audience! There’s even a posted live vlog (Suga made a few vlogs while in tour) that Suga did after that concert where Jimin appeared and Jimin laughed about it there as well. 😂🥰
Suga did actually get sick at the beginning of his D-Day tour in Asian countries, I believe it was in Singapore, but Suga still, of course performed as amazingly as ever still. I believe that Suga was a bit worn and finding off being sick at the final 3 D-Day concerts though he had a break beforehand, perhaps because he not only was performing in his own homeland, but it was the very final performances from the tour, plus shortly after he’d be enlisting in the military, plus all the other members we’re making a point of appearing & or attending various days even ones already enlisted! All of which I’d think would get effect him and get him that much more emotional where, it might just get to him. Anyway! Any one of the D-Day concerts were equally stunningly spectacular to watch where you could see Suga gave his all, every fiber of himself! I watched as best I could through gratefully some army’s posted Fancams through out! 🙏❤️🔥🔥😍🤩🌟✨💫
Imagine how we all felt when Namjoon sang an unreleased song that night? 🥰 The last three concerts in Seoul where JK, Jimin & Namjoon performed were live streamed. I had to wake up at 3am to watch them. Very fortunate to also see D-Day in LA and my digital box set just came so I will be binge watching all the contents tonight.

The movie you see (and me too) in theater was filmed during the japan tour , way before Suga decided and annonced that there will be a "'final DDay" concert (3 more concerts in Seoul after the end of the tour) . But they filmed it, for "Agust D DDay tour The original" (digital code) witch will be release july 15 ! it will include performances from the last three shows of SUGA | Agust D TOUR ‘D-DAY’ THE FINAL, including guest performances by RM, Jimin, and JungKook, as well as their behind-the-scenes footage of their practices. It will also include tour performance practices, rehearsal sketches, and backstage stories from the North American tour. It's coming soon ! Mid July for US, in August for my country.
I'm in the US and mine was delivered mid-June. Worth every single penny. Its phenomenal!

This was one concert I wished I could have been able to attend... Suga, so talented, bangers of bangers of hits, such a great performer... humble yet so caring for his audience. He gave his all for his fans and deserves all the accolades!! And yes, he's last day in the feels, got me crying... a whole genuine artist who gave his all in hos performance and felt every appreciation of what he love most, his music!!

Plus the actual concerts we’ve attended/watched online.. the way he talks about the movie like it’s the only thing available
First guest Jungkook sings "Burn it", second guest Jimin "Tony Montana", last guest Namjoon "Strange". Now combine the first letters of each of these songs 😅. The amount of thought that goes into the planning is seriously mindblowing and never fails to impress me.

It was one of the most beautiful, ever so stunningly emotional heartfelt performances yet from Yoongi, what made it all the more so heartfelt & chilling was the audience singing along ever so loudly especially in the parts where Yoongi stepped back trying to hold in the tears! It was like a truly full circle moment. This song is such an inspirational, ever so meaningful, beautiful song! This Fancam in particular, you can really hear army singing along so spine-chillingly, goosebump giving, just so overwhelmingly amazing to hear! ❤🔥😭🥺😍🔥
I saw the movie as well because SUGA is phenomenal and just a musical genius. They cut out a lot of the actual concert footage like all of the VCR’s, some performances, him drinking and cursing lol and interacting with dans etc etc due to time constraints so I’m hoping they will eventually have the entire concert available 💜💜💜

I too wished everyone could see how hype the live show was. I saw it in Oakland live last year in theaters online and I’m waiting for my box set. The whole show was soooo well put together he killed it.

Take me back to opening night I was there!! I was also at the NJ show where his string broke I have the video on my phone lol The three final shows where live streamed as well so we def got to see CBTM before it even had a title..the box set digital code is 3 hours long which is the entire Seoul concert with jimin, jk and Namjoon .plus behind the scenes and I cried all over again..I miss him like crazy 💜

So good, makes me remember how exhilerating it was watching D-Day in the theatre. I can only imagine actually being there. Its cool how much louder you can hear the fans in this video, where obviously in the movie version you can't hear that so much.
Totally agree that it would have been cool to see more of the members in the movie version but I also get that its like, for the concert arc/consistency etc.

Saw the movie in 4D IMAX and bought the D-Day popcorn bucket with cup. I wish it was longer.....too short. 😢😂

Hi Martin! I was very unsatisfied with a movie too! I love they released this behind the scenes... There is more though! I bought D-DAY The Original (online code for Weverse content) it's a full day 3 concert, with all members performances and lots more behind footage (it's over 3h long 😱)
They (company) are milking this D-DAY cow in all was possible 🤭

while I think it would have been good to have the other member's music in the theatre version, remember that is conducted via a 3rd party company who works with movie theatres, so their contract would have been done early 2023 directly with Yoongi and HIS music and the other members music is via them, so they wouldn't have had the rights to use it without making more contracts for each member (at least this is my guess).
I mean a lot of Armys simply saw a concert streams and Movie is the same but cut and "put in nice way" also from my understanding there were special high quality cameras for movie later.
Plus this was seconf thing in theaters before when tour was still going was stream frim Japan leg of tour in cinemas, and yiu saw full concert.
Movie was done different and cut Suga talking with fans and vcr werr cut. Also he changed track list few times bc of guests....
So no to be party poper here but movie dosen't really give you full experience of concert.😉
If it would be in movie they wouldn't put it on YT for all Army and not only that paid for cinema ;) so yeah for people that are little longer Army and saw hor they work is quiet known that at some point there will be episode with behind the scene for everything, and it makes sens that when he gone on militarny break they started to relese them so people would still live longer on this feelings from tour. 😉
There are behind from the tour form different places and are also cool.
Hehe from what you said about worring about sound, etc, it shows you didn't watch concert in cinema before and it isn't a diss it is simply info bc they have special separate audio recording things for this pruporse to use later and have good sound, it isn't sound from video, video and audio are recorded in sepret files at the same time bc it is still live recording and put togeter when movie is made, or for clips, etc. The same with video they have separate camers for movie footage, in movie you don't have the same video people saw live 🤔
Wyen vand have plan to putbout concert dvd or give concert to cinemas or streaming platforms they usually choose city when they record concert, there is a lot of aspects why they that place or another, then when it us decided the cameras and audio are recored for this reason and used later if there were problems or something didn't go in concert like tgey would like they have back up city to record.
BTS always do record at least in 3 places, they always do Seoul they always do Japan and they do US.
