- We have been travelling around Japan for 10 days, and it is finally time to visit Tokyo Disneyland with our first visit to Tokyo DisneySea! I've been to Disney Parks all over the world, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris, and Disneyland California, but this was my first Disney theme park in Asia. How did it compare?!
The queues and lines for rides were very long, as well as the wait times for food and even for merchandise too! We had to get a return time on the app just to get into the Duffy shop... wild!
I used Disney Premiere Access, which charges around £10/$12/1500 yen for a queue jump Fastpass per person, as well as the Disney 40th anniversary pass, which gives a free Fastpass too.
We went on these rides: Tower of Terror (rope drop), Soarin' (Premiere Access), the Carousel (15-minute wait) Sindbad's Storybook Voyage (15-minute wait), Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull (40th anniversary pass), Raging Spirits (single rider), Journey to the Center of the Earth (Premiere Access), Big Band Beat show (won tickets on the app), Electric Railway Transit (30-minute wait).
Food we ate: Toy Story alien mochi, 40th anniversary Mickey bao bun, lunch at Vulcania and dinner at Zambini Bros. Ristorante.
I'm going to do a separate video with more tops for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea because we learned so much! It's so different from any other Disney theme park around the world.

Thanks for the TDS vlog, very interesting to see the differences to the US parks. The lines did look horrendous and the fast pass purchase seems vital! How long did it actually take you just to get in to the park after coming off the train? I wish Matt would say more rather than the odd wave or grin haha it would be good to get a guys point of view too.
I think it took us about 45 mins from the monorail to the ticket gate (including security). Matt loves the vlogs but doesn't love being in them! He is in the Tokyo video I just posted a bit more :)

Aww this was fab to watch, we've always fancied Tokyo Disney but have never really seen much of it, so thanks for showing us round! Also, can't believe how cheap those ears were, wow! Can't wait for the next one 🙂
Glad you liked getting a taster of Tokyo Disney! I highly recommend it. The merch was so cheap! Lots more purchases in the next video too… couldn’t resist at those prices haha!

I've never been to a theme park like it! Everyone said Tokyo Disney is so busy but you can't really comprehend it until you get there. Still had an amazing time, though!
