You know, that always gets me, how this idea that persons working in the name of a legal fiction is given higher regard than the people that this legal system was intended to exist for. Nobody wants to [surprise, its only the ones who are a members of this elite club] adversely affect some prosecutors or judges ability to act in whatever way they desire, call it "judicial discretion", but no amount of positive law will ever in my mind rightfully trump the millenia old concept of holding a buffoon to account for their actions; and that includes ESPECIALLY prosecutors and judges, who, allegedly being of higher intelligence than most, SHOULD know when they are doing something wrong, and should be held to account as such.
I have no support for citizens tippey-toe-ing around a prosecutor because they don't want to set legal precedent which makes a prosecutor act right, instead of making sure to protect the prosecutors rights to feel secure that they won't be punished for pulling some bullshit, that they are free to do what they do unimpeded by "frivolous" legal actions 😀 ...
how bout that, a case filed against you by a prosecutor is good and just and proper, even if completely bogus, yet a case filed against a prosecutor by John Q. Public is frivolous, a waste of judicial resources, shameful, a hinderance to their judicial discretion... maybe they would think about what they are doing to people if they are liable for acting wrongly. A legal fiction should never have more rights than real people.
And while we're at it, good law doesn't need some Cadre of cryptic experts in an esoteric profession to manage it: good law is understood by all persons.
I am as passionate as you appear to be, concerning this topic. It would blow you away to hear my personal, experience, with all of IT & all of THEM. (Got video & audio on a couple of the incidents) Was arrested a few times for Traffic related ridiculousness. Have represented my self in several, court related matters; all had interesting outcomes. as I write this, I'm 3 years into filing my own 1983 claim from last arrest. They took my car right out of my driveway!! I just got that crappy car. No A/C but ran good enough to get me to the next level of rebuilding my life... Just so wrong on every level! I have declared that I will be pursuing this claim till my death & that I have instructed my kid's to pick up from there. Good luck.
@@kristybarnes2563 I wish you success and godspeed. I am presently filing claims against my uncle, the code inspector, his boss, the prosecutor, and city councelman. They have arbitrarily called my property garbage and rubbish, they always call my vehicles unregistered, and I guess I have to keep my one and only trailer "stowed", even though i use it everyday, and the judge said in the last exact case that I can have my tools and equipment out during the day, but that didn't stop the inspector from getting the police called to my house so he could claim he was allowed to confiscate, by court order, anything that was "out", and I was welding on my truck and had all my metal working tools outside, and I showed the police the ACTUAL court order for what thebinspector can confiscate ifbibdidnt have everything cleaned up, and there was nothing left on the list, so they started grabbing random wheelbarrows and yard carts, even my trash can was taken i guess to make it look like they had to clean up some bullshit

I am trying to fight back against a judge and police department that fabricated evidence which I can prove. They also doctored the footage removing where excessive force was used against me. Making it appear as though I was resisting arrest when I was simply pushing them off me and keeping them from harming me as I had a hematoma inside of me the size of a watermelon. Any direct impact to my abdomen or force could have ruptured it causing my death. When you have someone trying to kill you, you tend to fight back it’s just instinct. No matter who they are. It took 3 officers who just felt I was intoxicated instead of listen to subdue a 138 lbs 5 foot 1 female. Then my arm was twisted behind my back being told If I continued to fight I would really regret it. I deeply thought in my mind these two males and one female officer were about to rape me on a dark country road. Because I am standing there calm telling them please can you not handcuff me, I am in severe pain, as I have told you since you pulled me over & as I performed like a monkey on the side of the road. (Had I known what I know now) they said it’s protocol. I began to inform them of my medical condition that I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF seeking MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR! on the way to a hospital I was pulled over! For over 12 hours I tried to find a way not to drive and could not find a way to a hospital that had an OBGYN. Documented by both my OBGYN & MEDICAID insurance stating I needed to be Hospitalized! Multiple times throughout the day I had spoke with Registered Nurses at both places. As I am telling I can’t be pushed into anything they all grab me and try to slam into a State Police SUV!
This saga continues to get worse!
As I have taken nothing except Advil that day.
I’m beyond pissed now in the front seat of a suv this female officer who was never wearing a mask EVER OUTSIDE. goes over my rights I request a lawyer she denies me one.
At the hospital I’m told to sit in a dirty debri filled gurney. It’s 3/2021. So 1 yr post Covid, in a hospital ER. You want me to sit on a disgusting gurney.
No witness to the rights I signed but they are taped as I’m in the car just her and I.
A male officer who has never been identified was in the room with me, she was in the hallway shooting the breeze. Phlebotomist comes in dark hair, dark skin, no name tag. Draws one white top tube of blood, after I argued for a RN for 4-5 minutes to make myself memorable. The female officer tells me she will have me strapped to a bed if I don’t cooperate. I said no you won’t not without a doctors order and not with what’s inside of me. I am a Registered Nurse myself. I have been for 15 years. I’ve done this draw myself as I watch the process, I’m not objecting because I know there are two gray top tubes. Which were never in the room. They are drawn separately for multiple reasons. None of these cops have body cams though. The blood results come back with 3 or 4 drugs in them one is a med I’m prescribed but also a med I’m taking is completely absent. Interesting as this is forensic and it’s a seizure medication that builds in your blood. Why wouldn’t that be in there. Either way NOTHING would render me intoxicated as the DOT would pass me on a drug test and call me a healthy employee. So how can I drive for the DOT, and yet be intoxicated? These values of medications would not even render a buzz. She allowed me to stay at the hospital and seek my treatment where I was treated in the ER with IV fentanyl for my pain and found to have a potassium level of 2.8 which is almost critically low. Potassium is responsible for every cell and never conduction in your body there’s no way I could passed a balancing test with a value this low. My medical information was not important during the case and I was given a private investigator an ex police office from another city to seek out the phlebotomist who signed my rights sheet. Because the check list included in my discovery was a blonde girl with blue eyes whom I’ve never seen before. Who also stated I was unable to identify myself and the woman officer had to do it for me. How can I sign a rights sheet on camera, but not be able to identify myself 30 minutes later? If I can’t identify myself I can’t sign for rights!
At my civil court hearing where I was the plaintiff, the judge let’s the defendant speak first; so when it was my time to speak I had to defend myself against the defendant.... The defendant stated “Medical Malpractice has a 2year statute of limitation therefore the case should be dismissed.”
The judge said that’s enough defendant now plaintiff you can speak.
I told the judge “the correct statute of limitation for medical malpractice and it says 2years from the date of discovery or incident giving rise to taking action; and should not exceed four years from the date of incident.”
Knowing the correct statute the judge still allows the incorrect statute stated by the defendant to overpower the correct statute and he dismissed my case!
I wrote the JQC Judicial Qualification Commission in Florida and at first they said the Judge did nothing wrong. I told to them in person and they started telling me lies over the phone saying a judge is free to interpret the law however he wants to and is basically free to make laws, I told the JQC I am not stupid and I know he cannot make laws he has to follow laws like everybody else, so they (JQC) told me to rewrite the same complaint and ask for reconsideration!
I’m not saying that you guys are racist against blacks but I am literally fighting for my civil rights!
I told the JQC in Florida that if they hear voices or think god is instructing them to make certain unethical decisions (and they believe in it so much), then they should work this into law, so next time someone tells a judge “the voices in my head told me to do it!” They won’t hold that person accountable, because they aren’t holding the judge accountable for denying me my civil rights....

And I just found out that the defendant lawyer was supposed to conduct an investigation into my claims (civil rule of procedure) and failed to do so and still was awarded judgment, with no evidence or nothing! I had the greater weight of evidence! Judicial Qualification Commission of Florida said there is no misconduct from the judge in my case!
Corruption they all need to be fired and put in jail for treason!
They do it on purpose because they have a racist governor in Florida that does not punish prejudice. All you may do now in Florida is contact the inspector generals office. They will redirect your call. Contact the F.B.I. Tell the F.B.I. everything they are doing. The F.B.I. is just going to document it. The inspector general has to punish them for you but with a prejudice governor that does nothing about hate groups they are going to show off for the governor. It's all political. They have a state military that helps them practice nationalism. It is all a trap to anger you so they can have a good reason to call 911 to punish you when you get made. They are prejudice.

Could you file a civil claim for tort against the judge? If you get all the records it can be proven no?
I'm so sorry this has happened to you too. The reason we are losing in these Quasi Admin Courts is because they are not the proper courts for we the people. You're mislead with that Civil Rights bs. If only you knew who you really are things might turn out better for you. 💕
What happens when a judge who is being submitted for misconduct is part of the panel for judicial misconduct?
He must RECUSE himself for conflict of interest, this should be automatic

Another idea I find to be a "nothing-bar" is this separation of powers thing. What if a judge from superior court family law resides on a dependency case supposed to be heard in a juvenile court and Jose trial at Superior Court for this case and the judge is also friends with the officers Who removed children and broke into this family's home without warrants and arrested the wife in front of their children and that judge refuses to recuse himself from that case I thought juvenile court has jurisdiction over dependency matters and Superior Court has jurisdiction over family law matters

Macomb county omg! What the hell. So CORRUPT! Was in the road with a flat tire. Next thing I know I’m being booked for a felony. I’ve never been to a jail before. They made my bail 15,000. Said I was a flight risk. I have no family outside of Michigan and have never lived anywhere else. I said I had no family in the county. I wasn’t able to reach anyone because of the collect calls. So you keep me locked in? I missed court one time in my entire life, on accident by 6 days. They charged an additional 500$ for my phone alone and the cop had half my stuff stored somewhere else Orr was keeping it. I need some help I am dealing with an accident in Wayne county and my only offer was 1 year in Wayne county jail and 2 year probation? My only offer and the judge said he would do no better. But the guy in front of me had 3 violent crimes and only had to do 5 months in jail and 2 years total probation. He had a gun, ran from cops in a neighborhood and armed robbery or something. 5 months . I drove without a license and got into an accident and people hit me got injured. They never hit there brakes. So how am I liable if you are negligent? You hit me going 50 mph! At the back of my vehicle so you had time. But the police did not word it this way. I had to sort this out from the evidence. The map shows the direction I traveled was legal there sayin I cut thru 5 lanes of traffic. No. That they didn’t have time, that would be true if the point of impact was the front not the back and I was almost thru the lane

What if the Judge conspired for her bailiff I went to school with & her children's God Mother is my Ex-high school girl friend. Where the Bailiff was following me in different Courtrooms of the Juvenile dept. to make sure I wouldn't receive a fair trial that it resulted into the Juvenile being molested by 3 different individuals. That the Magistrate never submitted a 4 hr. trial in the database to cover up the crimes they've committed. Along with hacking into the database of records to change transcripts to Sealed after over a year being open to public? Where the bailiff quit her career after I filed a compliant on her & the Magistrate acted like she wanted to send me thru the Court system over to do it right this time. Where as the defendant was recommended to never appear in Court because she'd tell the truth once confronted by evidence in a cross examination. Where the Magistrate rescheduled the court dates over again into a trial because the defendant never appeared or received any disciplinary actions of a warrant nor granting me full child custody as a result. The Trial proceeded without the defendant present where I was able to expose 2 more individuals molesting my daughter based on camera recording etc. The Magistrate told me she couldn't grant me a decision right away because she had cases in front of mines. Proving they were continuing on with corrupted behaviors in covering up child molestation & abuse. This act of crime committed towards me is starting to clarify why Massacres are beginning to unpredictably breakout in public on society. Because many Judges are Terrorist on the bench using the Law of every action there's an counter reaction on fully being aware of their corrupted decisions by attacking the People on.

When you speak of the judiciary , are you referring to the legislative courts that make up nearly every court in the country? Are commissioners on the list of " judges" you investigate? It's not very transparent if people don't know they are going to non judicial courts and that the judges are not really judges. They are administrative officers at best.

1. My brother (Dexter Lee Williams) was told the following by Judge G.E. "Bo" Adams: "But you were convicted not because law enforcement is racist. You were convicted not because the Court is underhanded or corrupted, or is corrupt or anything like that..." Judge Adams aligned himself with law enforcement. This is not proper especially after so much racial dialogue between Judge Adams and Trial counsel Wanda S. Jackson throughout my brother's case and/or trial. Where is justice here? An attorney arguing on multiple occasions with the judge about how she felt they was part of the "Good Ole Boy" network/system. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to read this behavior.
2. Eight days after the oral sentence, Judge Adams added the Recidivist designation under OCGA 17-10-7(c) in a written order. My brother did know he was sentenced under recidivist way afterwards. Speaking of not knowing, he was found guilty of 3 counts of Rico. Judge Adams provided the jury with a verdict form that did NOT include the underlying predicate acts. My brother do not know what two or more crimes the jury found him guilty of, so how do he effectively fight his case on appeal? This is a blatant Due Process violation.
3. Judge Adams modified the defense charge to jury even after the State agreed and the Court accepted. Judge Adams added a statement to the defense charge that start out with the same two words as the actual charge that was accepted. The two words were "Where the..." Judge Adams knew exactly what he was doing and trial counsel told him that he had to know it was wrong. She objected and he refused to go back into the charge conference.
I am going to stop at nothing to assist my brother in finding justice. We will continue to fight. My neice Demeisha Hooks and my brother contacted you in the past but to no avail, but that is fine because this is a new day. Please contact him in prison and tell him what charges the jury found him guilty of.

Civil, criminal. and traffic. All separate. And require a point of conflict that causes damage or potential damage in traffic and that is the crossroad where intervention, investigation is permissable. Not by freelance remote viewing groups of guys applying their own twist of justice to the situation.

The judge did my son a disservice as well by not admitting bias as she had done with all those cases that day - it was held over till the 20th and that is the reason he is still being held as if in prison with those fake charges at the midnight mission top notch idiocy
What if my attorneys have witnessed judicial misconduct but won’t report it and have said they will not assist me in filing a complaint or an appeal . Mine is a high asset divorce where the judge allowed both attorneys to withdraw when I needed a hearing to enforce an injunction. There’s also fraud upon the court relating to the injunction . When judges and attorneys don’t want to get involved it increases the likelihood that my complaint won’t be investigated and will be dismissed . There’s corruption going on but I don’t know who will help me if my complaint is dismissed . I’m in Mississippi a state known for corruption . This is not about the money or outcome of my case , this judge and attorney are in collusion , it’s impossible to believe they aren’t .

@@suzannepeacock3143 In family domestic court, the two main magistrates that ruled eventually left the bench. Their destructive damage continues today, years later, it's a miracle that I am still alive with their genocidal practices. The statutes are copyright written (that includes any court forms and pro se) and are exclusively used by licensed attorneys, that presents a monopoly. In jurisdictions, we also see an extreme bias towards constitutional people, being denied equal protection under the law. In moving venue from the domestic family divisions to the proper venue in the United States Courts, is also an extreme bias with magistrate-judges refusing or unable to appear on the bench for these cases. There is a great amount of property damage and theft; it is where mob rules not the law.

I'm trying to file a discrimination case and my magistrate judge has 2 degrees and actually worked as a professor... From the university i'm sueing
for not being a Snitch for them they put me in a situation of not having money for REAL REPRESENTATION I got 10yrs probation with a label that makes it difficult to get a better job or housing etc
my first plea was 4yrs TDC no probation with no kind of criminal background
I can charge my judge with at least 100 if not more counts of judicial misconduct I've been turned down by the DOJ OPS for complaints of misconduct on my attorney who withdrew from my case a month before trial the Det who arrested me and violated my inalienable rights and a CPS worker mind you I have proof of conspiracy and they found no wrong doing my right to procedural due process and due process have continuesly been violated along with my rights even had a prosecutor file a motion commiting libel defamation and threatened me if any of my witnesses testified on my behalf she would basically bring false witnesses to rebut and defamate my character even more and my judge upheld it what do I do how do I get my life that the Utah court system has taken from me o to top it off my evidence proving my innocence the judge denied to be used in court please help

@@jefffreeman1118I just learned that fact I'm a lot more educated in law then I was when the original comment posted but I will have you know my case is getting dismissed those involved are being held accountable and I will have my clean record again
And a couple months ago I went pro se against CPS for another false case and I got it dismissed at pre trial so I'm now beneficiary major in charge of me not the capital letter name under their corporation an answer in the form of Demurrer fixed that lil prob but thanks for your comment tho I took it personally at 1st but educated myself not too long ago I what you were telling me in that comment I should've read into it closer you were educating me with a very useful tool which I used amongst other tricks i had up my sleeve thanks again
