Great content! Absolute gold for anybody willing to listen.
Watching the video I was wondering if it would make sense to have (maybe in some future content) also sort of a "negative example" to compare to; it might collect some of the most common mistakes that an applicant might do, such as lack/excess of some parts, misused "tone of voice", and so on. Thanks again :)

Very insightful and real, thank you for sharing the session! Definitely would love to see more.. This might be the crux of decision making process from the company's perspective but it might be good to see examples from the sessions that preceed and follow this one as well.

My approach should be: Although I haven't used the product or I don't have any access to use it, so my first approach as a UX designer is to get as much information about the company and the product itself. So when talking about improving a product or its service, we need to search the areas where users facing problems. For that, we can search various forums, app stores, social media, where user commenting their problems. it would be good if I can talk to the real user, who is using the product. The comments could be service-related, app related, the product itself, but we need to filter the most common problem user facing. As I have the real problem with me, now I can research more on it and come out with a solution and present it when needed.
