The ending where the rabbit creature says " That's right. Feast my children. Feast." Made me fall out of bed I laughed so hard. And dis anyone else noticed that he told the entire story using his HP voice?
An excellent parody of the French neocolonialist "Babar the Elephant" stories. But instead of being civic-oriented, structured, and espousing a fondness for urban planning (very French), the tale of our dear friend Balthazar embodies that British sense of unrealistically optimistic adventure, filled with industry, innovative technology, and friendly natives.
"Why, does the story have a fantastical flying machine, perchance?" "Oh, I hope this story doesn't become scary. I'm ever so frightened of scary things." " *pfft* I LOVE ROCKETSHIPS."
Personally my new favorite movie by Ryan. The editing job by Neil made the dialog so damn slick too. When Neil just talks through Emmy and continues with the story around a third into it... God, I love that kind of humor.
A marvelous story, animals with ridiculous names, fantastic flying machines and rocket ships, English accents, mutant rabbits, chocolate, and a creepy narrator. It's like you've taken all my favorite things and put them in one video.
i love how creative stories can be when they involve an elephant named balthazar. my friends and i created a similar story except it had a troll named napoleon and a cricket named cerberus and they fought against giant panda bears that tried to enslave the world with pancake people and an english muffin. but little did they know, that balthazar was an aikido master. and with the power of love, he sent them into the galaxy called Norilion VII with his trusty mace and a glass of orange juice. =D
I love how you finally convinced your entire family to get involoved in your videos. You can just smell the family chemistry! Or maybe that's just the bunnies.........
Oh! So ryan was involved. That explains much of the craziness then. This video was quite enjoyable my good chap. Allow me to enjoy some extraterrestrial rabbit candy bars in celebration of this video's creation and subsequent uploading. HUZZAH!
I...just about died when I watched this. Haha, very brilliant. I laughed so hard, my husband came down the stairs and looked at me much like this: O_o' Great job!
I love the animated bits in this. :3 I did a claymation last year when I was first studying stop motion. It wasn't great, but it taught me to appreciate stopmotion a lot more. it's hard work.
By the Gods! What an enchanting piece of tomfoolery you've got here today! I wonder though, how long did it take you to create the animation with paper? It was quite a spectacle. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The acting was terrific as well, it reminded me oddly of my time as a young child...much shorter than I am today. I also loved the little twinkly noise you made when you looked at the camera. It made me giggle most fiercely. Huzzah to the entrance of Ben!
Pffffffttt *spits out dink* I LOVE ROCKET SHIPS...good god neil this is genius! :D though the ending was really creepy almost as creepy as that video you made with the people with horse heads
