Hi, It would be a completely different process as the back tack strip we used is stapled into the frame of the footstool where the foam ends. Hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions. Kind regards, Just Fabrics

I'd like to do this but with piping round the top of the stool, rather than partway down the side.
