3:50 It seems that Lively is having a problem with broken characters, and I know that the problem is solved by installing the Japanese pack from the Windows language item and then applying it.
Have you ever used the Pop'n Music controller from DJ Dao? I was wondering how they compare? I think I might get the konami one whenever Konamistyle start selling them again.
This one is much more quiet then dj dao, its why I got it. That and this design is cute. The dj dao design in my opinion is just kind of plain looking .
@@Lightningwarrior1236 You actually influenced me to get the konami one. At first, I thought it might be cheap because they used rubber contacts instead of micro switches. But, after you said it's more compact, quieter, very sensitive, and easier to store it made sense to me.
Only a few problems with this particular controller sure it's a premium style controller but at the same time what you buy is what you get from this controller. there's no way change any other parts because the PCB is divided into three and you can't replace so if the PCB fails you have to replace the whole entire controller.
@@Lightningwarrior1236 Yeah it's a pretty good controller. It certainly looks the best out of all of them. I've only played Dao and Desktop Arcade so it is at the least comparable to those minus the lights. This ended up being a birthday gift.
Just bought the green controller off Ebay and two of the buttons aren't working. I'm hoping it's just the switches that need to be replaced. The buttons that aren't working don't make a clicking sound while the other ones do....does that mean it's probably just the switch? Anyways, do you know what the exact switches are? I read on another video that it's the Cherry Sub-Mini Switches 1 Amp 125/250V .110" 95-1807-00. Is this correct? It says "DB5" on it.
I assume you need to put in new switches or the old ones came loose, I recommended to open up the controler. You most likely need new switches. And im not sure of the exact switches, I did replace mine with the cherry ones though
@@Lightningwarrior1236 Do you remember where you bought the switches and what the exact name is? The switches I mentioned that had been mentioned on another video don't seem to be the correct ones. Also, my switches are soldered...is that necessary? Do you know what type of solder I need to use?

What kind of ddr pad is that? My friend was looking for one a few days ago.
It's a "DDR game energy pad." I got from eBay a few years ago for 299$
