Coming from Jungle, DnB, Breakcore, Maidcore this is just feels right. Someone recommended this genre in a comment off of an anime OST. anime is called "Call of the Night" Thank you kind stranger for bring this banger of a genre to my attention. That transition from the first one into the second one is insane btw.

Japanese trance is actually so fucking good
there arent many tracks that give me goosebumps...but this entire mix did that, holy moly
well.. the first minute just caused me goose bumps twice
So many of my favorite tracks in this mix, epic from Kiwamu to Hiroyuki Oda and Ayumi Hamasaki Cyber Trance remixes epicness, Japanese melodic progressive trance & house beats the best

Hmmm i'm now half way through, there was some really on the edge amazing stuff in there especially at the beginning, but also a couple of very "jarring" pieces that snapped me out of the dream. It's of course hard to be experimental and safe at the same time, but i felt this needed to be said. I wish i could kind of meta talk about it with the maker (review wise) because i really do love the way some of these songs are, especially the clear Japanese influences. I feel like this could be further improved upon and made into a blindingly glorious perfected style. But it's overall well on it's way in that direction.
Hey Arwijn, thank you for this constructive feedback. I do appreciate someone taking the time out to explain where I could improve and I certainly will try and incorporate this into my next mix. I agree some listeners might feel the same however, like you pointed out, it was experimental. A mix this long needs variety and a change of direction to keep the mix interesting. Also, by incorporating "jarring" pieces, it displays the wide range of styles Japanese trance and progressive can embody. I also agree in that Japanese artists can further delve into traditional japanese sounds and bring them into their productions. This is something we hope to look forward to more in the future. Again, thank you for your feedback and I look forward to hearing what you have to say in my next mix.

This mix hits all the right buttons. Nostalgic, beautiful, a real ode to some times past, more simple, when music was just good music.
This music is lifting my spirits. I was sad because I have osteoarthritis. I have to heal myself so I can dance to this music.
I listen to this most times I commute to and from work, and in sunny days it feels so good I even low my windows down and pump up the volume to share with everyone else! ^^

I loved all of it but knew none of it until the end! I'm a late 1990s through late 2000s trance addict and having Ayumi - Unite! (Airwave mix) come up was a surprise for sure, but a welcome one. This is fresh, but still acknowledges how far trance has come. Thanks mate! So much!
