I live in WPB & hang out in PB often. It’s amazing how many people don’t ever go over there. We are really lucky to be so close to such a beautiful place.
As I said in the video I've lived here 33 years and I don't think I've ever been to the beach but maybe one time but it is absolutely beautiful there and I've driven through the city multiple times just to see all of its beauty.
I like the Seafood Bar there at Breakers.
Would love to see a video on Riverwalk in West Palm... although I know that is inland and far less interesting.

I actually prefer exploration videos like this over the real estate stuff, personally. There’s already so many real estate guys out there, but not many out and about guys like this. Just my two cents!
My channel started out as me showing things to do in Palm Beach County. I have to do the real estate stuff because I need people to call me to buy homes but if I could just make videos about Palm Beach County and things to do all day and make money out of it trust me I would.
