- The floods have been ravaging Malaysia recently. I visited ground zero in Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam to see the situation up close while finding ways to do our part in helping the flood victims.

As you can see it is definately kita jaga kita . We are one nation regardless of race and religion. The PJ Gudware provided cooked food and basic necessities for many and they had volunteers from every race , religion and even those from different countries.
I'd like to share my story i am.an oku.. with no.income but a little leftover epf money and my mum is a frontliner recovering from covid . But when we saw this we felt we had to do something so we donated some clothes, blankets , sandals that were new and bedsheets.
we also gave rm2oo to the Gudware.
I share my story bcoz i want all to know just try save at least 1 life
Malaysia Gazette TV YT channel interviewed a guy, a Taman Seri Muda resident. Look for the video..then youtube video still is of a guy and a Christmas Tree on the baclground. Listen to what he has to say about the banjir. Dont mind the CZcams title. Just watch the whole thing to understand the perspective of an actual resident there. Apparently not allowed to put in CZcams link in the comment so you have to search for it. He highlighted the issues faced by Taman Seri Muda.

Tqsm for this vid and for helping.. my aunt was stucked upstairs with her 3 dogs for days.. she and her dogs were kept “alive” by her Nepalese, Bangladeshi neighbours.. they literally passed food and cooked water to her via the balcony.. blessed their kindness!

Proud of you man. My house also banjir. Thanks to volunteer who help me and my family cleaned up our house. It's take five day to settle down all cleaning progress. Thanks to our relative who cooked for us in four days straight. God bless you all.

2 days ago, I was at Kg Kuala Muda Sg Baru, Puchong, the flood disaster was really bad. Most of the flood victims have to start back from zero.

Appreciate the video...as usual the common Malaysian folks, regardless of age, colour, race, gender etc bandied together to help each other. Also big thanks to our NGOs,medical personnel, army and civil defence team who worked tirelessly to save people and brought in much needed aid...and as usual our political parasites only visited for photo ops.....#kitajagakita...

For us in east coast peninsular, we are already used to floods and that's why even our floods situation is worse with a whole city literally paralysed from the flood, the death tolls are not as bad as selangor.. to those that survived, remember to be cautious during rain season

I been staying in Sri muda for more than 30 years. Been through the 95 flood and now this. Also countless mini floods between 95 & 2022 and through it all....we come together as Malaysians helping each other. Brother viva passed my house,took my neighbor to help her to check her relative nearby. I made friends with malays, Chinese and indians through this ordeal. Bro,thanks for caring..God bless.

We are glad that our government responded well, maybe because we have been hit by bad weather many times and learned our mistakes. But despite all? Some have losts love ones during typhoon. My prayers goes to the victims of this flood. May God grants you his wisdom and spirit to guide and give us courage to face this hard times. God bless us all.
