I highly recommend looking up Ben & Matt’s Oscar win speech, as well as, Robin’s Oscar win speech. Robin was so emotional because he was mostly known for his origins as a comedian and although he is definitely comedic in this, it’s his dramatic performance really put this over the top. Billy Crystal was hosting the Oscars that year and they were dear friends. The emotion in Billy’s face standing off the side while Robin was accepting his Oscar was so touching. When Robin was walking off and Billy came up to congratulate him, you can see Robin break down. It was an Oscar moment I will never forget.

@@MajorReacts this is me,irl no bs brother 18 years ago what casey afleck said to matt damon's character when i told myself i had to leave after the death of my mother. i went to me little brother's residence when he was living with his(bioligioal father) casey said the same,that once said to little brother,and yet he didnt listen. but he only listened to the fact of one day he would have to step up and be a man,to help his dad(his father a year before he did,yes *majorreacts* my brother recently died back on janurary of 2023 behind some girl who was junkie, he died on her account and he wasnt a user of drugs but ,this month is a year right now marked a year since he died 31:40-32:18 this scene here hurt me to my very core but,i cant .. i cant deal with people who use drugs as a way out of their problems :(

Hey Maj, just wanted to say thank you for letting that scene play out between Affleck and Matt where he told him what it would mean to his homies if he got out. That scene hit me harder than the "It's not your fault" scene because I had some boys like that growing up. Because of them (Tab, Noel) I got out and was able to help them later. So Robin Williams won an Oscar for this movie, but personally, I love his performance in Dead Poets Society much better. Consider that a rec!

I had that same car in faded lime green. The cheapest car I could get after high school (around 1986) Beat to hell on the outside but that thing would not die! Desert, Sea, Mountains, it went everywhere and if you carried a couple of extra hoses and fan belts, you could fix many problems yourself with a hammer, socket set, a few screwdrivers, bailing wire, and a crowbar.

one of the most underrated robin Williams movies (in my opinion) is patch adams. based on a true person/story. one of my favorites that gets rewatched every year ❤

I really think you should react to Bicentennial man. I don't know why people don't like it. I don't think i've seen anyone react to it. At least not anyone I watch. Also, if you want the total opposite of a typical robin williams character, you should watch one hour photo.
