I was once friends with this guy on a forum I used to hang out in.
He was strange at first so we didn't pay mind to it till he ended up announcing that he had blackmailed an artist in the Hazbin Hotel staff on the forum to everyone's shock.
With him harassing then both me and my old friends because of our opinions on the Hazbin Hotel series for a while but eventually yeeted off the surface of the forum.
He then went into the discord under his "LincarRox" identity and we were friends with him for a while till he then sent death threats on an alternate account and vanished.
His name was Toytaker from the forum and we had no idea that he was LincarRox till Vivziepop ended up announcing it on her Twitter a few months later.
*What a clusterfuck.*

StarDust wasnt an asshat, they didn't even intend to harm other's let alone say hurtful things about the creators in the first place, they were just very misguided at the time and were suffering from several mental complications and were getting an extremely low amounts of help in real life, was constantly on the edge of being suicidal, and had lashed out at other's and made assumptions on the creators that was not ok the slightest, and had continued that sort of behavior till they eventually broke down completely from what they had done, apologized, and left the drama community altogether just last month and now officially have a psychiatrist.
They were desperate, they constantly depending on their validation onto the forum, would act in a mentally disturbed manner based on personal complications, would make awful comments on Vivziepop's personal life that were extremely uncalled for, would treat anyone who liked or worked on Hazbin Hotel as if they were demons instead of realizing that they were people just like them, had went through large amounts of cyberbullying which had caused them to act out constantly, and though their actions weren't justified, they had acted out and lashed out based on a lack of maturity since they were only 16 years old at the time and are still going through several amounts of irl therapy and have now completely left the anti hazbin community since they realized that the way that the community behaved towards Vivziepop and each other was only causing more drama and hostility than there needed to be.
LincarRox was a grown man who blackmailed an artist and committed several art related crimes.
StarDust was a mentally deranged member who had an extreme lack of therapy at the time, had general toxicity when they shouldn't have, and had extreme beliefs when it came to both Hazbin Hotel and Vivziepop that they regret to this day from having acted that way alone was enough for them to have had several months of grief before having moved on, changed their username altogether, and then eventually after 9 months leaving the anti hazbin community altogether and trying to become just a regular Hazbin Hotel fanblog instead, leaving the drama community behind them and no longer encouraging the attacks towards the creators of Hazbin Hotel, now being mostly inactive to this day.

**Was me once upon a time**
And I regret having had such hostile behavior towards the creators to this day.
Verbally demonizing them like that and acting toxic towards that forum was not justified in the slightest and I should have just held my tongue and had left that community sooner instead of further causing harm.
And though I do not justify the amounts of IRL online stalking and cyberbullying that I was going through at the time...
Having acted that way about the creators was my fault and I shouldn't have assumed so much about Vivziepop and Ashley's personal life to the point of being an extreme hate account instead of the criticism forum member I once was, this being a regret that to this day is the reason why I no longer associate myself with the Hazbin Drama community since things had gone out of hand for several months till I eventually left that community on Tumblr as well altogether.
People were lashing out at each other and little did I realize that... I only became a part of the problem.
I was being more hostile than I should have and have lashed out at others like that on multiple occasions this year was genuinely uncalled for, which is why I am currently with a psychiatrist and have quit going into that section of the Hazbin community altogether and now only focus on Hazbin Hotel related content instead.
But comparing me in the past to... a grown adult who was a literal blackmail artist who stole art, had sent me death threats on discord, and was one of the people who contributed to the cyberbullying within both the forum and towards my friends, had participated within a forum community who drew me in blackface and had made several racially insensitive comments towards me even after I had left the forum, and had verbally attacked the creators in person and had made sexual comments towards Vivziepop on several occasions.
Not gonna lie...
To assume someone else's personal life in the same way I had done to Vivziepop back when I was still within that cancel culture community back then... is pretty scummy of you as well.
Dont be an asshat, don't assume things about someone else's personal life based on their online past when you never knew them personally in the first place.
It just makes you a part of the problem within a community that attacks not just the creator of the series for her past... but each other.
Cancel Culture and cyberbullying literally solves nothing and just causing things to get worse instead of better.
Insulting someone for their personal life that you don't even know about doesn't help them grow, it only hurts them further, me having done the same to Vivziepop's mental health a long time ago was heartbreaking, so seeing others do the same to each other within this community on multiple occasions makes it no different.
After I had left that forum, I then began to have been stalked by several members and was followed for about months as any time I had posted people would attack my dms or my account left and right.
And eventually after months of facing attacks by multiple forums and websites in the fandom...
July 2020,
I had attempted suicide by drug overdose which ended up landing me in the hospital by my therapist the next day.
And on October 2020,
I had friends who left the fandom because of this sort of behavior from the fandom and people from the "stans" and the "anti hazbin" Tumblr community would go back and forth arguing about the show, we would use the personal lives against the creators and even each other, eventually the drama got so bad that it made me realize how toxic I was truly being, that encouraging this sort of behavior would only make things worse.
And some even ending up sending death threats to each other on both Tumblr and several other websites.
This sort of behavior didn't help me change, it only caused me to have lash out further and to have even hurt a friend that was close to me at the time, that being the last straw and the end of my "Anti Hazbin" days and led to me to go towards being a regular neutral fanblog instead.
I was only able to change from the friends and family who actually loved and cared for me, not from the cyberbullying, not from the stalking, not from the artificial cynicism and online harassment within the Hazbin community, none of this helped and ended up making my life a living hell for almost two years straight.
So keep your values, life isn't a detective drama where you have to dig dirt about other's and attempt to ruin their lives over it, don't attack the people who created Hazbin Hotel, don't attack the fans of the people who created Hazbin Hotel just.... don't attack people in general.

Thier past isn't who they are today, especially when they are actually making an effort to change.
I learned this the hard way.

Cringe Culture is dead, Cancel Culture is on life support, and doing what makes you happy and continuing to improve your life and your passions will always live on.

Onyx [David Javis] he’s tried to pray away autism and is just really weird about his religion. There’s a lot more that he’s done, including overcharging on his commissions. His art looks like it’s worth under 50 but he charges like 200 dollars for it.

Thanks for putting this together, it's really important that anyone as hard-working as animators be aware of any future aliases that he might show up under, and be able to spot his behavior.
That said, I was a bit of a victim myself, though by comparison to others I got the short end of the stick for sure. I won't say he ever abused me or was... *too* creepy, but he'd ask for original .fla files from me sometimes and was just generally kinda obsessive about having original assets from some of my animated work. So if anyone ever spots an animation of a blue rabbit rapping and it looks vaguely like I animated it, please let me know. I keep every .fla file I've made so I'll have proof at any time.
Anyway, I'm not sure how little of a life you'd have to have or how scummy you'd have to be to do any of this stuff, but he's sure shown it's actually humanly possible. Some major damage has been inflicted on honest, hard-working people, and I'd hate to see anyone else fall victim to it. Thanks again for compiling all this information and raising awareness to help put a stop to any future plans he more than likely has in the works.
Also just wanted to add that I'm 99% sure he pretended to be Eddie Fitzgerald and Harris Peet on Facebook. Both accounts were confirmed fake, but the fact that "Harris" made a callout post against him aroused some suspicion for sure. (His rant posts as Harris were extremely characteristic of his other rant posts... but the real Harris showed up eventually and was actualy really sweet and friendly to the group members.) ALSO he's been trying to stalk one of my friends for 5 years now for not giving him free art

As someone who has autism the phrase “my cousin has a case of major autism” is fucking hilarious in a sad way and the way he describes his cousins actions is a very one dimensional view on how people with autism act.
On the topic of the drawing, I'm really glad you decided against the riven hair. I feel like it COULD work in moderation, but having all of her hair be that color clashed a little too much with the green and gold, in my opinion. The soft green hair is so much gentler and actually really calming to look at.

Rule of art:
Never trace.
Correction: never trace someone else’s art and try to pass it off as your own. Tracing can be good practice to get a feel for how to draw certain poses. Unless you can’t find a reference for a specific pose, you probably want to avoid tracing other artists’ work and just stick to tracing photographs/stock images. And regardless of what you’re tracing, you’ll want to say that it was traced and (especially if it’s someone’s artwork) link/credit the picture you used.

To be honest, probably because he's buddy buddy with Kiwifarms communities. Kiwifarms is far from credible or impartial and will target individuals that fit particular criteria.

Like your work would clearly be of a completely different quality. Would you spend all of your income paying other artists to do your work for you? Damn, that is so wrong. I may be more of an artist than an animator, but I don’t steal art at all but rather do art trade and ask other artists permission to borrow theirs in order to understand their art style and transform their characters into my art style. For those who are animators, I’m truly sorry to hear about how much you guys went through. It’s not fair for other animators to get their masterpiece taken away from someone who isn’t great at art and animation like Nicktendo (SML Animator). Like I said, I’m not really an animator, but at least I make my own art and small animation. Shame on that person and I hope he gets his punishment for lying to other animators 🤦🏻♂️
I’m a new animator but I know how much hard work goes into every little thing in animation and art and it just disgusts me that someone could shamelessly steal this!!
As a beginner I have a huge amount of respect for any other artist but this guy... the fact that he stole hard work, blackmailed, and falsely accused hard working artists makes me shudder to the bone.. I don’t think he’s even qualified as an animator!

Very well said. I tend to keep my plans for my episodes a secret until I release trailers or teasers for it. As an animator working on my own animated web series, it is a lot of hard work and many people don't see how difficult it is, especially if you are a person studio like myself. In the end, all the hard work is worth it to see growth on your skill. Definitely keeping my personal web series close and protected.

drama aside, that drawing you're doing in the background is so cool! Each detail from the bells to the shading and hair, it's very good and the coloring is just pleasing to the eyes.
God, if there are more worse art/animator theft's on the internet, I have heard of one person tracing animation to make animation for Playstation or Sony(?) But luckily he got fired and his animation ended up not being used, and he's not in the industry anymore.. But this is so terrible and sad, still makes me ask questions about people like him and what they do, why would he even steal from artist if he can make his own art, does he think his art is bad or are there other reasons.. Why steal animation if you can possibly make it yourself? I guess we might never know, but that seems like laziness to me, taking other peoples work but not doing it yourself.. And his behavior, oh my, it's so toxic, blackmailing, harassing, making up serious claims, and so much more.. Awful people like this still make me question why I'm even still on the internet, I never heard of this person, but I'll be sure to stay away from them. I feel so sorry for anyone who had to deal this horrible person, serious my broskitos. Do stuff yourself, don't steal things from others, don't act toxic and be respectful to others, and please don't end up like these people, think before you do.
I know who you are talking about, Kevin Bao is the one whole stole some animation frames from the Steven Universe Movie. Kevin was hired to make an animation video for PlayStation. After it got found out that the animation he used was plagiarized the video he made was put to private and he was later fired, Kevin Bao disappeared from every social media platform ever since.

Honestly though if I found out my husband proudly blackmailed an artist to get free art for me as a birthday gift I would feel so disgusting. I think the saddest part is you can't return all the hours spent drawing it to the artist or even return the drawing since it's a digital file that they probably still have. All you can do is delete it and try not to feel gross because it wasn't your fault.

this is not to side with this dude but I just wanted to point out that being abused doesn't mean that a person will never go on to abuse somebody else. it often happens unintentionally where an abuse victim will internalize some of the behaviors used against them as being normal and end up doing those behaviors to other people. obviously this doesn't to every abuse victim on the planet but saying it can never happens kinda gives a "get out of jail free" card to some genuinely shitty people
