bro you have explained well but you have wrongly categorized stresses like panting, pounding, racking it all comes under dynamic stress not local stress. Local stress you have vibration, dry docking and discontinuity of structure.
Please make some vedio for stability calculation how to do and bitumen tanker loading procedure and how to understand cargo pipe lines and pump rooms
