I am really baffled by all the comments here. First off, Sierra is beautiful, even without makeup. Second of all, she doesn't need you guys to tell her how to handle her own, PERSONAL, acne. Acne is different for everyone, it doesn't have the same causes. She probably already went to see dermatologists before, or is even seeing one right now, you don't know that. Besides, when you have acne, you are careful about what you do to your face. Makeup can be one of the many causes of acne ONLY if you don't take your makeup off everynight which I'm pretty sure she does.
Sierra does not need your advice. The only thing you're doing when you tell her "you have so much acne, because of that, you should do this, you should do that' is bringing her down. She doesn't need you to remind her she has acne. Acne is really painful, both physically and psychologically, so stop it. She was very brave to show her face to thousands of people on the internet, at least to help people who have acne accept themselves. So trop being so mean. You're trying to help but it's only making things worse.

Most of the comments on this video are unbelievable. You are beautiful and shouldn't listen to any of these so-called advice givers. I've had to deal with pretty bad acne since middle school (I'm 28 now) and it's purely hormonal. You aren't doing anything wrong - some of us just got the short end of the stick when it comes to these things. It makes my blood boil when people who clearly have never had acne issues try to tell me that it's because of too much makeup or because I don't wash my face (yea right) or because of what I eat. They have no clue! Keep your head up and know you look great!

Great video (loved it!) but just a future tip, stop applying things directly from the packaging (like the primer and concealers), it just captures bacteria from the acne and continually transfers it every time you use it (like sleeping on the same pillow case without washing it) and also constantly hand-sanitize when using your fingers as well as clean your brushes regularly. Hopefully that'll help reduce some smaller oil based breakouts! :)

Wow this video it's self just makes me feel so good about my acne, it makes me feel that I'm not alone with acne. You are a major inspiration towards me with your current videos, but especially this video. It makes me feel that I shouldn't give up on my acne. It's just a good thing to know that I'm not the only one that has trouble with my acne. This probably took a lot of courage to put this video out here.

I really admire you for being able to come on camera & show your skin with no makeup. I've struggled a lot with acne and I now go to a dermatologist so I know how insecure it can make us girls feel so you're amazing! Great video :)
I have acne too which is a bloody nightmare. A few things I would say is you should stop touching your face as much as you are. I would also get rid of that stick primer and get a pump. You are putting that thing directly on your spots and the bacteria is getting spread every time you use the thing. Lastly you should use clean make up brushes every time you use them.
It is so brave of you to show us your before and after... i mean, i am not so brave even with my friends, so i admire you! Your video it's very helpful and also motivating, i feel now that my acne it's normal and ok, i'm not the only one in this world! Thank you so much :)

You honestly have no idea how much respect I have for youtubers who actually show their acne. It helps a lot of people in my opinion realize that we all have it and were all human so ty cx also it helps us all know how you get such flawless looking skin!!!

I know your pain, my acne is pretty bad and I can easily say it's one of the worst in the school, I've had and since I was in fourth grade and I'm in 8th grade now and it has caused a lot a mental stress. I can never really confident in my appearance, but I never been a really confident of outgoing person anyway. I don't wear make up because my Mom won't let me and people at my school r just cruel. A lot of people have just out right told me that I should wear make-up. It's kind of depressing, but I really look up to you for showing a video of yourself with no make-up. Me, I'm too scared to get any type of social media account because I don't want to deal with the haters. So thank you, for being such a awesome person. And your beautiful with or with out make up. It doesn't make it worse, the only way you can make it worse is if you NEVER take your makeup off & if you use cheap products. It's good to let the skin breath

To help you out with ace: check everything you use for an alcohol ingredient (which upsets skin and will cause breakouts.) Also, wash your foundation brush everyday. I also noticed when I jumped on birth control that my acne cleared up in a week. Lastly, change your pillow case every other day. That worked well for me, too.

I got the same problem. And it used to be worse. But it's clearing up. And after all the researching,i found out the reason why i got acne only on the sides of my cheeks are because i'm a side-sleeper. And the pillows were the main reason my face got bacteria on. :)

You are beautiful! I have been where you are with your skin. I was just like you when I was younger. I had 4th class cystic acne. It is affected by what you eat in your diet as well as hormones. I found when I drank a ton of water and didn't have soda or juices mine was much better. Soda really made it act up. I love your ability to be open and real and share! Hugs!
Tip for skin like yours, is to not wear a high coverage foundation at all, wear a light to medium at most, and then use your figures with your favorite concealer that is the exact same shade as your face with the foundation on, and you won't look cakey, and you will look really natural and your acne will be covered.

u r sooooo pretty!!! a suggestion of what might be causing your acne is some of the products u r using. the benefit primer made me break out horribly. and also drugstore foundations are full of crappy ingredients that are harmful for your skin!!! it would really be worth it to invest in high end foundations because honestly it will change your skin dramatically!!! try smash box products. i use them religiously and they have never ever broken me out! I hope this helped! your so beautiful and strong and i adore this channel
