My upper back also really hurts while hunched over. Yoga tends to help me with strength and flexibility. My hypothesis on myself is that I need to work on core strength to help support my back better. I have a 6 month old, so gotta try to get the abs back up and running 🏃♀️
I've started Pure Barre recently and hoping it helps me strengthen a little!

Folding laundry murders my back as well, I don't have counter space in the kitchen so the ironing board comes in handy but I only using it when I have clothes to iron

Also Carson's bed when you put the stuffed animals, reminds me of my son's bed, and he's 19yrs old 😅🤭. Some boys just love stuffed animals I guess and never grow tired of them. Is your ironing board handy? That is another option. 🌻
How do you react when your 1 yr old throws food? Does he get an immediate emotional response from you? If so, I would try this. Put him in the chair, give him his food. If he throws it instead of eating, stop the mealtime and take him out. Try not to give him the reaction he's looking for. Once he's done a few other activities, try again.
I’ve tried sternly saying no, I’ve tried ignoring entirely 😭 it’s so so bad! This morning I got him to eat toast which was a win! It’s sad when you’re excited over toast though 🥲

Have you ever considered upgrading your son comforters? Also why do you still have the 🎄 throw blanket.
He has a beddys set and that’s his “nicer” bedding, everything else is just the spare. But he loves the Christmas throw blanket! He doesn’t care if it’s Christmas or not 😂
For my little when she would throw I would tell her no and that if she continued she was done and thankfully she responded to that but if she had not I would have ended meal time then and offered her another snack a little later
I’ve had to start just giving him one piece of whatever I’m trying to serve him to test the waters a little and see whether or not he’s going to throw it 😵💫 it’s quite a production at meal times right now

Don't put food on your son's highchair tray, sit down with him and feed him while you eat or have coffee. My kids have had the same complaints; throwing food and not eating well, but when I'm there I sit with them and feed (or help) them and we eat together with few issues. You might just give it a try, no judgement here. Good luck! When they start insisting on doing things themselves, then start giving them a plate of food etc.
I’ve tried that too, he purses his little lips together and refuses to eat. Or grabs the spoon/fork and tries to do it himself which is fine except he misses and if I bring an extra set over he takes those too 🤣

I’ve never had extensions! I just have super thick hair, always have!
