Timothy, you've outdone yourself again. I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love the built-ins throughout, the fireplace throughout, the floating shelves throughout, and the hidden rooms. My most favorite part is the master bathroom with the WIC. You can turn the basement into an apartment if you want.â€â€â€â€â€

A dream home for sure! Beautiful doesnât describe it., and it looked comfy, not just for show. The homeowners are definitely blessed to be able to have it. I would love to know who came up with the design - like, was it a combination of the homeowners and builders. It doesnât look like a stock plan available to everyone with the money. And for it to have 20 acres??? WOW! I hope the kids get how lucky they are.

Love this home!! I probably would not leave the master bedroom or bath! The only thing I would change is to get rid of the wood fireplace. The smoke permeates through the house and I am not a fan of smoke, any kind.

Now thatâs a Master suite at a price point as high as this home. Someone knows how to design like back in the day.
I love a house with the garbage in the back. Makes for great curb appeal and an extra party space.
Only thing I see missing is a half bath from the outside. Itâd be kind of a pain to have to clean up all that water just from people needing to pee.
I think that's why the full bathroom is just inside the door by the pool.
When looking at homes like this I always wonder what the owners do for a living.
I love everything about this house! I think what I would change is the color of the kitchen cabinets. I would have it wood colored. Maybe like a dark wood.

The drying racks are for clothing items you may have to hand wash, such as real wool, etc. When washing these items by hand, you should lie them 'flat' to dry. This ensures they won't be stretched out of shape.

I would have put a second stovetop in the scullery. If I could build a dream home and since we are a large family I would like to have a dining area big enough for two dining tables side by side. Our immediate family has already grown to 17 and one of our children hasnât started a family yet. Iâm thinking I would eliminate a formal dining area and make one large eating area in kitchen space
I would never call this a farmhouse, too exquisite to even be addressed as such!

Thatâs not a scullery or a pantry, thatâs whole other kitchen
The only way to have an open concept kitchen is to spend a ton of money on a showpiece kitchen you never use and a ton more money on a second kitchen that you actually cook in.

Tim, I missed the scullary, i was looking for something you put dirty dishes in one end, on a conveyer. Still loved the house, though. My wife liked the picture ledges in the bedrooms.
In laundry room, those are where you lay sweaters, stockings, etc.

Iâm not fond of modern but that is very nice! Would be nice to own that PAID IN FULL! The taxes are probably $10000 a year.
What color stain is on the outdoor wooden columns and T&G?
I'm pretty sure those racks are for drying things you wouldn't want to hang. Like sweaters might stretch on a rack, but you can just lay them flat and let them dry there. Or, maybe skimpy undergarments one wouldn't want to put in the dryer, but you don't want them on display either?
Meant to add, you know youâre rich when you have a large flat screen tv in the pantry!đ
Very nice. Iâm still not a fan of a fully open plan home, in particular lounge and kitchen. I hope you find a home that is semi open plan.

I donât know why, but if you are going to spend a lot of money on a new house I wouldnât expect the doors to creak when you open and close them! I do think the home looks wonderful though and thank you to the owners for sharing it with us.

The house is amazing in its size. But from the outside it does not look modern. The interior decoration - all these arches, columns, moldings - is yesterday. I really liked the master bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe. The most important thing is the luxurious view from the terrace.
The seating arrangement for the tv over the fireplace is horrible. Have to lay on the couch because those chairs look really uncomfortable.
Don't like all the dark colors. Otherwise beautiful house.
