Am zirimenya Joel a Bachelor of science in physiotherapy student at Mbarara university in uganda, in my final fourth year, I have spent much of my time trying to understand more than they teach in class before sometimes lecturers don't go so deep during lecture. So textbooks are a priority if you want to understand things deeply

Love tip #4 the most. I always was overwhelmed learning the details thoroughly (learning level 2 anatomy) when I should do the basic first :)
