They're no in the spellbook, they're above the ATB bar. When it's ur units turn, u can click on of the runes to activate them. Note that every rune drains resources, and if u don't have the "Greater Rune" perk on ur hero, the rune can only be used once per unit. However, if the hero has "Refresh Rune", u can use said ability to refresh a random consumed rune on targeted unit. Note that "Refresh Rune" is an ability only usable by the hero (located in his spellbook)
+Strygarefine Mintha a Törpöket irányító játékos szándékosan veszíteni akarna :D Nekem az egyik kedvenc frakcióm, annak ellenére is hogy a logisztikát nem dobja be valami könnyedén, ettől függetlenül, a lények magas életpontja és védekezése a rúnákkal kombinálva(már ha helyesen csinálja valaki), akkor elég imba tud lenni! Pont ugyanilyen leosztásban játszottam haverom ellen még régebben és porig vertem a törpökkel, pedig hát ő sem csinálta rosszul!

how does he use runes in fortress? i play offline but i can never use them in my spellbook?
