I need your help. I’m having an issue with R5. The gate had been installed for over 3yrs in Nigeria. Unfortunately, the installer is late, so the client called me to help him check. Checking it, I saw some burnt fuses, so I changed them. I realized I needed to reprogram the arms. I was able to reprogram the master arm and it responded well, but the slave won’t. It kept exiting programming mode. It’ll only moves a bit, then exit programming mode. Could battery be the cause?
