@@EtronsecSols no, you skipped the part where in order to pair an app you have to open the manual override (which requires the mechanical key) for at least 2 seconds and then close it (each time you want to pair the a phone, even if it was paired before and disconnected) this is for obvious security reasons.

If you have autoclose activated, press the button down until the gate is completely opened and realease.
