I could be sleeping right now, but at the back of my head, I knew I needed sing the praises of the definitely third and definitely not fourth installment in lemon needle’s fangle series. We were daringly kept at the edge of our seats for what is undeniably the most thrilling captivating and epic 1:50 seconds of our lives. This video ended world hunger. This video saved the world from terrorism. This video reduced racism by 100% and by watching this video right now, you too can contribute to the holy crusade that has been brought before us. Now just so we’re clear, a shorter video does not mean less quality by any means, a book should not be judged by its cover, or in this case lack of cover as these videos do not have thumbnails. But that’s okay! I can say from experience that making thumbnails is hard work, and I think we’d all rather that effort go into the visuals and storytelling. The beloved cast of colorful and charismatic animatronics are back. Freddy fazbear himself takes the into to drop to us that him and his crew once performed on the stage to all the children. This episode finally gives us the juicy character development we’ve been waiting for from our two fox friends. Mangle expressing concern, and toy chica being herself upon finding out they’ve replaced the poor withered animatronics. Foxy makes his appearance and vents his extreme emotions about being replace in a snarky, backhanded remark. At first it may seem like foxy is just being salty, and you’d be right. However, upon more consideration, there are layers and meaning to this simple insult. Thanks to the captions, foxy’s hatred towards the toys is made very clear, especially to his counterpart mangle. Because of how different mangle is to foxy, basically being a different character at that point, foxy rejects mangle, as well as the rest of the toys as extensions of their legacy. He sees the toys as beneath him and takes any moment he can get to berate and yell at them. It would make sense that foxy is self concern about being “terrifying” but again, this is simply foxy’s meticulous and intricate personally in full effect. Freddy orders foxy to stop, confirming Freddy has superiority over his friends and that foxy will abide to him, even out of reluctance. He tries to downplay foxy’s emotional outbursts, but interestingly enough mangle is actually curious and sympathetic of foxy now that she knows their anguish. We travel back in time before color was invented, and we learn that mangle has been struggling with loneliness for a long time. So much so that’s it has taken a mental toll on her, bringer her to the verge of tears…or well… the equivalent of robot fox tears. Mangle opens up about her feelings, and politely offers the withered to come with her outside. Her soft and calm nature juxtaposes that of foxy’s harsh and aggressive form of self expression. Where as mangle tries to be understanding, foxy reacts in the moment, and doesn’t take time to rationally process situations. When mangle offers them to come with her, he is frustrated that his counterpart who he wants so desperately to despise, has only shown him and his friends kindness, and foxy will hav two learn to open up to her, and not be so angsty all the time. Toy chica is also completely taken aback, as though she does not trust mangle with this decision. Or I’m just completely misreading this scene and foxy just tried scaring toy chica lol. Whatever it may be, we have yet to wait and see what the future holds. Maybe the next fangle will be longer, and therefore I’ll have more to say. Or maybe it won’t, and that’s okay. What matters more is that you should be watching this video right now, and that I’m the 300th subscriber WOOOOOOOOOO
This is really promising. It’s not often to find any fnaf ship focused animation that’s still being produced, let alone stuff that’s actually good. Keep it up, I’ll be watching for more.
