    Thanks man! Yep, both are Cummins powered with the same engine- a KTTA50C. But the MK36 was also offered with a Detroit 16V149TI. Truck has 1,454hp

    Thanks for posting this video. Both the loader and truck looked well cared-for, and it was unusual and helpful to watch the operator warm up the hydralic fluid.

    It's always smart to stretch before working

    Thanks! Cool! The 185 was one of the most popular built by Demag. The Komatsu's are still designed by Demag. All they are is a Demag with Komatsu paint and decals.

    Thanks. Yeah they do that a lot up in Canada where they get real harsh winters. In Pennsylvania it's not real necessary because the winters aren’t that long nor are they that cold compared to other areas.

    Another great video Justin.
    At the railway they had that problem with the hydraulics in winter on our Raygos
    They fixed the problem by putting heating coils in the oil tanks.

    Thanks. I remember you told me about that Page, only wish I could have went back to get a better video of it. Been out that way a couple times, probably will be out that way more next year when I'm down in state college. Theres a couple videos from out in the bituminous region on my channel.

    An R260 would dwarf this machine lol! The H455S was used to load the 260's.

    why not warm the hydraulics by doing a bit of work

    • @PAmining
      @PAmining  Před 6 lety +2

      Because it would take forever to load a truck lol. Oh right! Then you would complain its slow or the operator is bad! LOL
