    Without doubt the coolest approach and landing I’ve ever experienced. Utterly smooth yet unsettling at the same time. A memory that I’ll never forget. Also, an absolutely beautiful country and people. I hope Bhutan keeps their visa quota low.

    Am getting hooked on your channel; the footage is wow. I turn up the volume to hear the plane noises, and pilots and auto-voices...The pilots professional skill and attitude is vital...wonderful . 👍✈️

    I'm curious about this, how do you program the approach on the fmgs? Using RNP AR procedure from database or do your company has own procedure? Since I don't see the approach id on the top of the nd...

      @expedition74 Před rokem +5

      From their ND it seems like the classic VOR cloud breaking procedure, which use the TAKTI-PRO leg, the followed by a entirely visual approach. But as they are flying manually in the valley it is hard to tell. The RNP is AR(Authorisation Required) means it is not always available for all flights.

      his autopilot is off and his altitude is set to 180. He's been hand flying for a while. looks like a standard visual approach no procedures here.
