Research ideas.
1. Write down all your interests.
2. Research and take action on each interest per week. So one interest for each week.
3. Journal your feelings every day about that interest.

Love the realness and hopeful outlook Jay! 🙌🏻I’m currently in the same boat. I graduated w BSN. Got my RN license and all…but was not stable w that career in terms of feeling “connected” to it. I knew beforehand but kept going regardless. I really appreciate you sharing this, gen z does a good job of acting like we got it together. But the other half is good at showcasing they’re lost as hell too. I felt very alone when I was having these feelings but accepted them and am hoping to find something that feels more authentic to me. Definitely here to see your journey as well!

@@JayFriedrichs And I love that for our gen! We acknowledge it and are trying to do something about it, then settle. A new path may not even have to be "our dreams" but it can also be more aligned to ourself and or our interest area. Or whatever we want it to be!

This came at the perfect time. I’m 23, in my 3rd year in uni and still haven’t majored in anything. It’s been frustrating but like you said, take it one day at a time. My problem is that I’m indecisive and I need to just pick a path and see where it goes. Thanks for the content brother.

I've been watching you for a while now, you've inspired me in many ways and have truly changed my life; I can't thank you enough. I am applying to medical school soon, I want to venture out and pursue my passions after I obtain my degree. I am using this degree as a side-step to get to my true goals. This video gave out a lot of valuable content like visualization and how humans are NOT supposed to be sitting around all day. Keep grinding brother, I'll be watching!

My dream is to become registered nurse, often people would tell me nursing is stressful and headaches, but I don’t seem to pay attention on those I know it’ll be hard but it’s apart of my passion and dream I really wanna become nurse, I wanna help people and saving life that’s all about my motivation of nursing. What do you think think of it ?? I know I’ll be hard but I think I’ll be worth it as long as it’s passion . What’s your opinion on this ???
I love that! I will say to try and shadow a nurse for a day or explore more into the career maybe try to talk too some nurses in your area. I wanted to help people and make people better too but in application nursing is a little different. But I like that you have an understanding that it will be hard and continue to use your reasoning to get ya through the tough moments. Nursing is good because there is a lot of lateral movement a lot of different nurse roles you can try. So just explore all the types of nursing

The hesi as in nursing entrance exam ? I didn’t take that cuz I was pre-accepted into my program I think to be pre accepted it was like gpa score and high school gpa and then freshman year of college grades too.
