I just love that Henry is a notoriously private person, and it feels like he rewards Ali for an amazing interview, and the Arcane recommendation, by actually mentioning Natalie! Class recognises class.
Well Henry being excited about returning as Superman, even being told to announce his return, is heartbreaking in retrospect. He is the PERFECT Superman. He even left The Witcher in order to wear the cape again and now they've thrown him aside. I really can't believe this crap, there is no excuse for it. All of the fanbase including Henry himself were so hyped, now it's over I guess.

I really like how Ali Plumb asks Henry questions he actually wants to talk about, his personal interests and geeky things. So much better than interviewers who have no idea about topics and just ask generic questions about a film production.
He is the best actor to play Superman! Charming, genuine and so human, traits that are very rare among Hollywood personalities nowadays.

I'm not even a big Henry Cavill fan (sorry), but I really appreciate how proud he is to let his nerd flag fly. Kids can be horrible, and when my son came home upset because he was called a nerd, I can show him clips like this and he will see that the guy who plays Superman is a bigger nerd than he will ever be, and look how happy he is about it.

Ali Plomb always does amazing interviews, it's like two friends having an ordinary conversation. he really asks well thought out questions and the interviewee is always put at their ease and gives genuine reactions.

Is Ali Plomb a stage name? It sounds a lot like "aplomb", which means confidence and self possession in demanding/challenging situations. The interviewer is pleasant and has good repartee with lots of guests without being overzealous or off putting.
You can see the excitement on his face when he starts talking about games.

it's several things all at once for Henry this year, the timing of Life 😅 the Superman news is the biggest thing to handle all by itself, but there was also the Witcher news and Enola Holmes being a surprise hit franchise didn't make the weight of all that any lighter 😅. also I think there's also the Mission Impossible franchise too right? that's a lot to bear in Henry's very recognizable shoulders. 🥹😅

I love Henry Cavill sooo much! 😭❤ He's definitely a gift. He's an A-class movie star yet he's so humble and down to earth, it's impossible! He's very good-looking, yes, but most important he's highly intelligent and this especially makes him so attractive man.
Also, huge respect for the interviewer. It's a very nice interview; great research and thus well-chosen questions. Not boring small talk only interesting eloquent conversation. And, I love the atmosphere, it's almost like two good friends having a talk.
